JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
(In Lieu of the Direct Testimony of Petitioner)
I, Wayne de Vera, of legal age, Filipino, and with address
at Blk 10 Lot 21 Gold Ridge Estate Guiguinto, Bulacan, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state the following including the facts that, during the
examination conducted by Atty. Arlene L. Mendoza in her office in
Malolos City Bulacan on --------------, I answered her questions
truthfully and faithfully, and that I am fully aware that I may
face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury if found
to have stated any falsehood herein:
Q1: Are you the same Wayne de Vera who is the petitioner in this
case?
A1: Yes, maam.
Q2: Do you know the respondent, Zoletta Rodriguez-de Vera?
A2: Yes, maam.
Q3: Why do you know him?
A3: She is my wife.
Q4: When and where were you married?
A4: We were married on 17 December 2011. Our marriage was
solemnized by Judge Danilo Roxas in the OFFICE OF THE REGIONAL
TRIAL COURT City of Malolos Branch LXIX (69).

Q5: Do you have any proof of your marriage?

A5: Yes, maam. I have an original Marriage Contract dated 17
December 2011 here.
Attached hereto is a copy of the original Marriage Contract
between Wayne de Vera and Zoletta Rodriguez dated 17 December
2011, marked as EXHIBIT A.
Q6: Do you and Respondent have any children?
A6: None, maam.
Q7: When and where did you first meet Respondent?
A7: We met when we were in college at Bulacan State University.
Q8: What happened after that, if any?
A8: After 2 months of being friends. I started to court her and
we are officially in a serious relationship after a month of
courtship.
Q9: How was your relationship with the Respondent back then
before your marriage?
A9: I could say we were in love, although I have observed that
she was extremely conservative.
Q10: Why did you say she was extremely conservative?
A10: Because she wont even allow me to kiss her during our
monthsaries and when we are alone together.
Q11: Could you describe to this Court what she does whenever you
try to kiss her like you said earlier?
A11: Whenever I try to kiss her she pushes me away.
Q12: When she pushes you away, what does she tell you if any?
A12: She tells me that she is not ready for it.
Q13: Even for just a kiss?
A13: Yes. Maam
Q14: What are your thoughts by the way shes treating you back
then?
A14: At first I thought it was just normal, and that she was just
playing hard to get.
A15:
