contains rust inhibitor to impart anti rust properties for protection of upto 7 days after machining. Biocide prevent fungal
growth and provides a tank life of upto 3 months. A concentration of 5% is normally recommended and for grinding it
can be further diluted.
WS 102 is specially designed for varsity of application. At concentrations of 1:30, WS 102 may be used for machining
plastics, rubber or fibre and at 1:50, for grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals. WS 102 can also be used as general
coolants at dilution ratios of 1:50 or 1:100 where some lubrication and rust protection is required, as in hydraulic systems
where water is the medium. It forms milky white emulsion.

Neat Cutting Oil

Metal working fluid for CNC, VMC, HMC, grinding and lathe machines for high speed machining. It forms a thick viscous
milky white emulsion with water and contains rust inhibitor to impart anti rust properties for protection upto 15 days
after machining. Biocide prevent fungal growth and provides a tank life of upto 6-9 months. A concentration of 5% is
normally recommended and for grinding it can be further diluted. Tool life improvements of min 30-50% in comparison
to basic cutting oils can be achieved.
Synthetics oils are manufactured to provide excellent cooling effects while grinding. It increases the tool life and creates
lesser fumes as compared to mineral based products.
Semi synthetic cutting oil with excellent flushing properties, machining ability and tank life. Rust Prevention upto 21 days,
tank life 9 12 months and concentration of 2-3% can be used.

Neat oils to be used in hobbing and grinding machines. Rust-X Neat cutting oils have high compatibility with hydraulic
oils.

Quenching oils blended from High VI base stocks having good oxidation stability, good fluidity and low volatility. This is

Spintex are blended from highly refined low viscosity oils having inherited oxidation and chemical stability. They are
further blended with anti oxidant, anti wear and anti rust chemicals. Recommended for bearing lubrication of high
speed textile spindles and machine tool spindles.
RustX PREMIUM WHEEL BEARING GREASE is a high temperature, NLGI Grade 2, lithium complex grease which contains
high quality petroleum base oils. The primary application is in high temperature operations such as wheel bearings on
