PERMIT ON THE 11KV FFEDER (SOC)

S/OFF the relevant feeder

Rack down the VCB to isolated position and conform.
Details enter in to the 11kv permit book and then permit issued.

PERMIT RETURN:

Conform the permit issued

Rack up the VCB
Check VCB in locked state
Hence permit cancelled

TIME: as per the request from (name &position) s/off and racked down VCB of
Annamanada 11KV feeder (not earthed) and issued SOC No: 111/2013 with code
Green/Red on Annamanada 11KV feeder for providing HT insulation.
TIME: Sri (name &position) informed they have completed the work and returned
SOC No: 111/2013
With code Green/Red issued on Annamanada 11kv feeder. Hence cancelled the SOC
rade up the VCB and changed Annamanada 11kv feeder.
Permit issued on 11kv permit book
Details enter into interruption book.
Permit work enter into 11kv phone message book as phone message (permit
issuing and permit returned.)

LOAD SHEDDING
Emergency load shedding for short times b LD center station Eng.66kv Mala

s/off the feeder during the interval one by one

Enter the details in the dairy.
Phone message entering 11kv ph.msg book
Enter the details in supply interruption book.

TRIPPING OF 11KV INCOMER

Other cases:
When the incomer trips a feeder has also tripped simultaneously
isolate this feeder.
Reset relays, test charge the transformer first
Then test charge the incomer ,feeder isolated can be declared as :

1. When the incomer trips there is no 11KV feeders doesnt

tripped
2. s/off all 11KV feeder except the station auxiliary transformer
feeder
3. test charge the transformer
4. Test charge the incomer
5. Trips again means breaker of the station auxiliary failed to clear
6. Isolate the feeder and test charge the transformer then incomer
if ok charge11kv feeder one by one
(Inspect the fault or may for station supply back feed LT)
7. When incomer trips there is no 11kv feeder doesnt tripped
8. S/off all 11kv feeder except the station auxiliary transformer
feeder.
9. Charge the transformer.
10.Test charge the incomer.
11.If ok test charge 11kv feeder one by one
12.If incomer trips when any of the 11kv feeder is being test
charged failed that means the breaker of this feeder failed to
clear the fault.
13.Isolate the feeder.
14.Test charge the transformer then incomer.
15.If ok charge 11kv feeder one by one.
Write the dairy in detailed.
Note the interruption in supply interruption books.

BACK FEEDING 11KV PUTHENVELIKKARA

we are enable to take supply from CHK1&CHK2

the two transformer are faulty.
the transformer 1 is faulty and there is no supply from CHK1.
any permit work occur in 66kv bus isolator.
1. Switch off and rack down VCBs of Naithakudy, Annamanada, Kuzhur
incomer 1, incomer2, Mala, and Puthenvelikkara 11kv feeder.
2. Give phone msg to AE/ES of Mala ,Puthenvelikkara,to state our present
position and request to back feed 11KV supply to our end through
Puthenvelikkara feeder
3. They do arrangement to back feeded the supply to our end.
4. Getting conformation message rack up Puthenvelikkara feeder and bus
coupler.
5. S/on bus coupler.
6. S/on Puthenvelikkara feeder.
7. Then we have station supply inform AE/ES of Puthenvelikkara and
Mala.

Normalizing back feeding supply:

1. S/off and rack down VCB of Puthenvelikkara feeder.

Rack up all the other feeder that had racked down.

S/on incomer 1, incomer2.
Test charge Naithakudy, Annamanada , Kuzhur and, Mala feeder.
Phone message to AE/ES of Puthenvelikkara and Mala to normalize the back
feeded supply from Puthenvelikkara 11KV feeder.
6. After getting conformation message from both.
7. Rack up and test charge the Puthenvelikkara 11KV feeder then inform the
matter to AE/ES of both.

BACK FEEDING LT
1. Station auxiliary feeder s/off and rack down VCB (there for station
transformer on dead position).
2. Remove 3of transformer and neutral.
3. Earthed on HT and LT side of transformer.
4. Request to Mala ES to remove Naithakudy AB
OR
Blink the Naithakudy feeder to set the 3of LT and neutral on fuse panel.
5. Then we have supply from LT panel.

Normally the back feeded supply from LT.

1. Blink Naithakudy feeder to remove the 3 phases and neutral from fuse panel
OR
Request to Mala EES to remove Naithakudy AB.
2. Earth remove from station transformer.
3. Set the 3 and neutral of transformer.
4. Back up the VCB of station auxiliary feeder.
