As Senior was able to help guide a club in my region to break that record at 60 months.
Achieved 24% SSSG in revenue in 2009 after nation was hit by recession. Only region

Reduced turnover in the region from 70% to 39% because of Internship Program

Developed national pay plan and levels program for our fitness professionals in 2006
