BESTO Mining India Pvt. Ltd. has established one of
the most modern and state of the art technology
engineered crushed stone sand (M Sand) facilities
at Yalaganahalli Village Chikaballapur, near
Bengaluru.
This 5 stage, 420TPH, SANDVIK plant with fully
automated and computerized operation, air
classifier, dust extraction system, bag filters system
produces high quality Manufactured sand and
Aggregates meeting all the industry standards in
compliances
with
stringent
environmental
regulations.

2) 150micron to 2.36mm as Plaster Sand

Company has invested on infrastructure with
the aim of serving the customer more efficiently
to keep up the pace with the requirements of
the industry.
11KV/415V HT substation with 2 Nos. 1000KV
back-up generators;
Power control center (PCC) & Motor control
center (MCC), Variable Frequency Drives & soft
starters, Central control desk & mimic panel and
all necessary safety & control equipment;
Exclusive quality laboratory, weigh bridge;
Separate office with Wi-Fi connections, call
centre and conference facilities;
Back up for input material from its own sources
established in the nearby area.
