Diamond Key Internationals business is providing automation solutions

and services to industry. Whether it involves providing a product or a
completely integrated solution, our team can provide an answer that

Diamond Key International places very signicant emphasis on its after

sales service to ensure the full benets and efciencies of installations
are realised. We offer a range of support services to ensure smooth site
operation across the life of the installation.

Our products range from specialised technical components to metering

and control systems to full facility automation systems. Our services
include consultancy, data management, engineering, project
management, installation, maintenance, and a wide range of 24 hour
support services.

Our Customer Services Centre includes Automation Systems Support,

Help Desk, Automation and Operational Training, Operational Support,
Technical Consulting, Field Preventative and Remedial Maintenance,
Meter Calibration, and Electrical and Hydraulic Repairs.

DKI has ofces in Australia (Melbourne - Head Ofce), Malaysia and

Thailand and our business is supported by distributors in Philippines and
Hong Kong SAR China. For more than 10 years we have been
successfully exporting DKI products and solutions to the Asia-Pacic
region. In addition, we have been the primary supplier of terminal
automation solutions in the Australia and New Zealand markets and are
now implementing new-generation load-rack solutions in these markets.

Diamond Key International is currently providing support services to

many facilities across the Asia Pacic region.

Our automation solution portfolio spans the disciplines of control,
instrumentation, electrical and mechanical engineering. Our project
group is able to integrate your plant utilising the latest open industry
standards. Promoting the use of industrial networks and integration of
