British manufacturing group Rolls-Royce offers hot young engineers two graduate schemes
By Tola Shasanya.
Completing an internship during university is a great way to gain valuable
work experience before entering into the real world.
Besides gaining useful experience, it is also a great way to distinguish ones
self in the graduate application process, as well as identify key areas of
interest to build ones career.
Graduate schemes are also a good first step to a fruitful career, with many
leading on from internships.

2.Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce was founded in 1906 by Charles Stewart Rolls and Sir Frederick
Henry Royce. It is mostly known worldwide for its luxury automobiles, but
lesser known for its arguably more important role of producing aircraft
engines that are used in powering most airliners that cross the world today.
In the same manner in which many associate Rolls-Royce as the gold
standard in luxury cars, the same can be said of its engineering program; it
is still one of the most coveted schemes out there.
