Our vision
To have a community in which it continues to rise again and build a
better and more sustainable living

Our business
The countrys deviating weather condition causes extreme destructive
effects. Philippines, being a tropical country, experience many natural
phenomenon such as typhoons and earthquakes. These phenomena bring
damage to the lives of the people. One of the most affected aspect in their
lives is the destruction or damages in their houses. According to the National
Disaster Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) last September
2014, typhoon Mario destroyed 90 houses while 509 houses were partially
damaged. This is just one of the cases wherein the houses of
the Filipinos were destroyed or damaged by a typhoon.
The business is designed to respond to emergencies that are
generated by destructive events such as flooding, earthquakes, and strong
wind typhoons. A one-stop shop that caters fast calamity area recovery where
in temporary structures and restoration is the solution to the destruction of
land properties.
The company aims to restore the normal community status amidst the
aftermath of a calamity; either natural or man-made. Basically dealing with
disruption of structures, the said business would minimize loss and downtime
which makes a household inactive or out of use. The solution to be provided
by this company is not just only to recover, but also to protect a structure from
future disasters. The company has disaster recovery plans depending on the
kind of calamity and its impact ratio or the amount of damage over the
amount of household resources. Having the goal to bring back the same
outlook before the disturbance state, the company will protect the households
of customers in anticipation of future calamities that may strike.
Furthermore the company is fully fortified with disaster recovery
equipment and strategic process of development for recycling materials on
site and restoring properties. The company has this list of suppliers and
contractors backing up a project to maintain a continuous flow of construction
and to avoid insufficiencies in a project location.

Our strategy
Business Strategy
Originally the construction company aims to create a new way of insuring
structural land properties. Since this set up is not common in the Philippines the
company came up with this set up:
7. Mold remediation
A home submerged in water from a long period of time due to flood
can quickly become infested with mold. These molds can spread
throughout our home for minimal period of time and it produces some
irritants that may be dangerous to the health of the residents.
Our company will inspect and assess the property if any mold
problems occurs. If mold found, we have trained personnels, equipment
and expertise to treat the problem.
