Our business
The countrys deviating weather condition causes extreme destructive
effects. Philippines, being a tropical country, experience many natural
phenomenon such as typhoons and earthquakes. These phenomena bring
damage to the lives of the people. One of the most affected aspect in their
lives is the destruction or damages in their houses. According to the National
Disaster Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) last September
2014, typhoon Mario destroyed 90 houses while 509 houses were partially
damaged. This is just one of the cases wherein the houses of
the Filipinos were destroyed or damaged by a typhoon.
The business is designed to respond to emergencies that are
generated by destructive events such as flooding, earthquakes, and strong
wind typhoons. A one-stop shop that caters fast calamity area recovery where
in temporary structures and restoration is the solution to the destruction of
land properties.
The company aims to restore the normal community status amidst the
aftermath of a calamity; either natural or man-made. Basically dealing with
disruption of structures, the said business would minimize loss and downtime
which makes a household inactive or out of use. The solution to be provided
by this company is not just only to recover, but also to protect a structure from
future disasters. The company has disaster recovery plans depending on the
kind of calamity and its impact ratio or the amount of damage over the
amount of household resources. Having the goal to bring back the same
outlook before the disturbance state, the company will protect the households
of customers in anticipation of future calamities that may strike.
Furthermore the company is fully fortified with disaster recovery
equipment and strategic process of development for recycling materials on
site and restoring properties. The company has this list of suppliers and
contractors backing up a project to maintain a continuous flow of construction
and to avoid insufficiencies in a project location.

Our strategy

Business Strategy
Originally the construction company aims to create a new way of insuring
structural land properties. Since this set up is not common in the Philippines the
company came up with this set up:

Marketing and Sales Strategy


We intend to invest on different means of advertising through different
communication channels including the television and the Internet. We believe
that the advertisements would be able to reach more people, hence increasing
our exposure. Primarily, we are utilizing the low-cost advertising potential of the
Internet and social networking sites. We believe that in this way, the information
about the company and our business would be disseminated easier.

Our services & solutions


1. Water extraction
Water intrusion to your households is very devastating. It will
lead to a threat to the components of your home, furnitures and

precious belongings. If these interior furnishings were not treat


properly, it may result to much more costly repairs and
replacements. Also, this will also affect the health of the residents.
Our company will be responsive to assess the damage on
the furnishes and suggest cost-effective ways to clean and restore
them as quickly and professionally as possible.
2. Power generation
When flooded, there will be a tendency that the power
supply shuts down due to safety precautions. Through our
partnership with Meralco, we are able to provide a back-up power
when you need it. We have highly skilled technical and engineering
personnel that can assist you to meet your critical needs.
3. Emergency board up and barrier erection
One of the services offered by our company is the
emergency board up and barrier erection. Its objective is to avoid the
people on the top of high-rise structures from falling due to
earthquakes; our company uses formwork and reinforcing steel as an
emergency barrier.
4. Dehumidification
To prevent the formation of mold to any furnishes, there will be
inspections all throughout your homes and tracks the hidden moisture left
from the disaster. These hidden moistures when undetected can quickly
turn into a problem.
Our company uses a specialty moisture reading equipment to
measure the effective drying process and determines whether the furniture
meets the normal level of dryness.
5. Decontamination
Other than restoring the facilities, homes and structures, our
company
also makes sure the safety of the residents by eliminating
poisonous or harmful substances, such as chemicals and some wastes.
6. Temporary relocation
While your home is being restored to its best after a disaster, a
temporary home will be provided to the family. All the basic necessities are
provided by the company and will make sure that this temporary relocation
feels home. As soon as the structure is fully restored, the personnel will
help the residents to return to your own home.

7. Mold remediation
A home submerged in water from a long period of time due to flood
can quickly become infested with mold. These molds can spread
throughout our home for minimal period of time and it produces some
irritants that may be dangerous to the health of the residents.
Our company will inspect and assess the property if any mold
problems occurs. If mold found, we have trained personnels, equipment
and expertise to treat the problem.

Our future perspective (Recommendation)


Since the company has disaster recovery plans for households
depending on the kind of disturbance and the impact ratio, our future
target is developing recovery plans to protect businesses disrupted by
calamities. This is to fully recover a damaged business within weeks or so.
The company will address various problems encountered during
reconstruction. To deal with high prices of repairs, the company will
continue to offer economical materials to be used in restoration and these
materials would be provided by suppliers that have been with the
company for the long time. The future outlook of the company would be
improved quality and hazard-resistant rebuilt structures.
