UPCOMING TELECONFERENCE

Dear Creditor/Interested Party:
As you may know, on September 1, 2015, Buckingham Oil Interests, Inc. (the Debtor) filed a
voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 in the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (the Bankruptcy Court). The Bankruptcy
Court has appointed me, Charles A. Dale III, as Chapter 11 trustee to administer the Debtors
bankruptcy estate.
You previously were notified that the Office of United States Trustee is conducting a meeting of
creditors pursuant to Section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 6, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. at
their offices located at J.W. McCormack Post Office & Courthouse, 5 Post Office Square, Suite
1055, Boston, MA (the 341 Meeting). I will be attending the 341 Meeting on behalf of the
Debtors bankruptcy estate. Because I, however, was not involved in the Debtors prebankruptcy affairs and continue to investigate the situation, my testimony at the 341 Meeting
will be limited. Thus, while you are of course welcome to attend, I expect that it will not provide
the substance that creditors and interested parties would hope.
As a result, and in an effort to offer an alternative to attending the 341 Meeting in person, I will
conduct a teleconference on October 6, 2015 at 2:30p.m. (Eastern Time) during which time I
will give a status update on my investigation into the Debtors affairs, provide key information
and dates related to the bankruptcy case, and field questions from the audience. To participate in
