First, let us understand what sleep is about. If sleep is inv ading
y our life any tim e of the day , y ou m ust first check y our basic
health and see if there is som ething wrong with y our sy stem .
When y ou are phy sically unwell, y ou will tend to sleep m uch
m ore than norm al the body wants to rest.
T he second thing is the food that y ou eat. Consum ing at least a
certain am ount of v egetarian m aterial, particularly in uncooked
condition, is v ery im portant for y our general wellbeing. When
y ou cook food, a large v olum e of prana is destroy ed. T hat is one
of the reasons why a certain am ount of lethargy settles into the
body . If y ou just eat a certain am ount of liv e food, apart from
m any other benefits, one thing that will im m ediately happen is
y our sleep quota will go down dram atically .

that tim e, there is an ex tra support from nature itself for y our
sadhana. If y ou take a bath and keep y our hair wet, y ou will
easily stay awake and alert through y our sadhana until eight
oclock. If y ou eat just twenty -four m orsels in y our m orning
m eal, y ou will definitely not feel sleepy until dinnertim e. After
one-and-a- half to two hours, y ou will be hungry , and that is the
best way to be. Just because the stom ach is em pty , y ou do not
hav e to put food. Just drink water and y ou will stay alert and
energetic throughout the day . Y our sy stem will learn to use the
food y ou hav e eaten well, rather than sim ply wasting it.
Econom ically and ecologically it is good for the world, and good
for y our health y ou m ay nev er fall sick if y ou eat like this.

were to asks me to choose between this blog and the book, I will simply throw my blog in the crap. Reading this book has
been an overwhelming experience. . . . . . . .
For people, who hav e been to Isha Ashram , they m ust hav e
witnessed the Shrine of Sadhguru's wife "Vijji", who attained Mahasam adhi during the Consecration process of Dhy analinga. They way
she approached her deat h, even Gods will be jealous of her. May t his jealousy florish in all corners of t he world. One cannot
help falling in love wit h Sadhguru's wife. She will alway s be a inspirat ional figure, for all my life. . . . . . . . . . .
I hav e been v irtually liv ing in the periods of intoxication.
Intoxicated by lov e. Intoxicated by energy . Intoxicated by bliss. These two
beings, Sadhguru and his wife Vijji, Its really difficult to com prehend, the kind of
sacrifices they hav e done, just to see, that people like us could aspire to liv e life in
the highest dim ension. How could I ev er repay m y debts to them ? I am bound
to liv e m y life in Sweet Suffering because What I hav e receiv ed from them is
infinite and what I can giv e is alway s lim ited ? I am blessed that they hav e com e

There is so m uch in this book that ev ery seeker who is in the
spiritual path, should hav e it beside him . Be it Sam y am a or the 9 0 day s
Wholeness Program or the Rich Spiritual Heritage of the Yogis or liv ing life in
reality , there are m any things which I am unable to elaborate the significance of
this book here. This book is throbbing with energy . I hav e been v irtually holding
this book like a being, closer to m y heart. There are no gaps in the book. It is a
continous series of plots, which are to be unfolded in the next page. But has y ou
com e to clim ax, it starts of with new m y stery , new turns. Feeling ev ery page,
ev ery word, followed by the period of silence. Acutely aware of the sweet sense of
energy it em itted. Once we start reading, we cannot leav e her unread. It is just like a child, where if he is giv en half the share of his food,
he will continue to nag her m other, unless she fulfills his appetite. It will com pel y ou, call y ou. All this m ight look fairy tailish. But these
words com e from m y experience.
One thing it has giv en m e is, that Life is not here sim ply to v egetate. Sim ply eat,
drink and sleep. We are born with inherent capabilities and we can liv e life to the optim um . It has inspired me to set definitive
patterns of goal. Life will never be the same again for me.
