This GRE Fee Reduction Certificate, when embossed with an official school seal or stamp and signed by the Financial Aid Coordinator,
may be applied toward the test fees for one GRE revised General Test and/or one GRE Subject Test. With this Certificate, you are
required to pay 50 percent of the full test fee.
Visit www.ets.org/gre/bulletinandforms to review the 2015-16 GRE Information and Registration Bulletin (which includes GRE
policies and procedures, identification requirements, and test center procedures and regulations), and to print the registration form(s) for
the test(s) for which you are registering.
Registration instructions are specified below:

To register for a computer-delivered GRE revised General Test: Mail this Fee Reduction Certificate, page one of your ISIR
showing your estimated family contribution (EFC), a completed Computer-delivered Authorization Voucher Request Form, and
the appropriate payment to the address printed on the form. Allow up to four weeks to receive your Authorization Voucher; once
received, follow the directions on the form to register to test.

To register for a paper-delivered GRE revised General Test or GRE Subject Test: Mail this Fee Reduction Certificate, page
one of your ISIR showing your estimated family contribution (EFC), completed Registration Form(s) for the test(s) for which you
are registering, and the appropriate payment to the address printed on the Registration Form. The registration materials must be
received at ETS by the registration deadline for the test for which you are registering (See Bulletin for registration deadlines). Allow
up to four weeks to receive your admission ticket. You can also view and print your admission ticket at www.ets.org/mygre.

All registration materials must be received together with the appropriate payment or your registration material will be
returned to you unprocessed.
Fee Reduction Certificates are limited to those testing within the United States, a U.S. Territory or Puerto Rico. Letter requests,
photocopies and faxes of Fee Reduction Certificates will not be accepted. Fee Reduction Certificates are not retroactive and cannot be
replaced if lost or stolen. Fee Reduction Certificates cannot be combined with other offers. Please note that there are no refunds for
unused Fee Reduction Certificates and no refunds will be provided to examinees who are not admitted to the test for any reason
(including unacceptable identification).
