How
Much Contraceptives Price Which Consument Expect ?

After doing a survey, we found that most of the consuments (61%)prefer

contraceptives price less than IDR 50.000,.
D. How Much the Appropiate Price for Bacterial Contraception ?
Were are not going to sell all of our product. We will divide
our product distribution into 2 ways : The first one is (it means that the
government subsidized BaCon, to achieve better Family Planning
accomplishmet), we make collaboration with the government (BKKBN) and
public health centers, then, we collect the data about the right target
consument. After that, the public health centers delegate paramedics to
spread the BaCon to the right acceptor freely (no cost) . The first option is

applied on rural are in Indonesia where the public health centers far from
peoples resident . This option also can apply for people come from lower
economics class.
The second option is, we sell the product with reasonable
price. We decide our product price is Rp500.000,-. We set the price after
analyzing existing contraceptives price for 5 year effective period.
Although society want to use contraceptives that cheaper than Rp50.000,it seems impossible because it need some expensive material, long
research & patent to create semi-permanent, effective ,and safe
contraceptove like BaCon. Hormonal injection looks cheaper than another
due to its lower price. But, after we count the Hormonal Injection cost for
5 years, it has more expensive cost than IUD & Implant which have higher
effectivity percentage. Why this happens ? It happens because of the
repetitive usage of Hormonal Injection, needs higher cost if we use it for
long time. BaCon has long expected effectivity, because it has spermicidal
effect which make women situated in sterile condition for long period.
E. Whatre Economic Impacts Caused by the Development of
Bacterial Contraception (BaCon) ?
1. It will cut household expenditure for implementing family planning
One doesnt need to pay many times to buy a contraceptives, in the
long time
2. If the product is mass produced, will increase profits for pharmaceutical
companies
Along with the development of research, materials to manufacture
such products, will be more easily obtained. In addition, the
development of technology, the production process is becoming
increasingly easier. If those two things happen, the cost of production
used gets cheaperIf the cost of production decreases, then the
producer will increase production thus the supply will increase.
3. Prices of Goods or Services in Lieu of more expensive
If the price of the goods or services of more expensive replacement of
the goods is needed, then people are not switching to purchase
substitute goods or services, causing the demand for goods or services
increases.
4. The Number of Consumers
The number of consumers affect the demand for goods or services.
More and more consumers in an area, the higher the demand for goods
or services. The number of consumers affect the demand for goods or
services. More and more consumers in an area, the higher the demand
for goods or services. This also applies in the BaCon. Because BaCon
has a large number of consumers.
5. Increase Employment
To oversee the circulation of bacon and report on the achievement of
family planning to the health centers, Family Planning Field officers are
needed. It is also needed cadre of Family Welfare Association (PKK) to
conduct socialization about the benefits ofBacterial Contraception use
for family planning to the community. Adequate number of paramedics

are also required to deal with problems related to reproductive health

of citizens
6. Increase Demographical Bonus for A Country
Demographic bonus is favorable conditions when
used to accelerate development. Demographic bonus is indeed a very
rare opportunity. This happens when a society or a nation successfully
changing age structure of the population pyramid-shaped into a dome
shape and then changed again into grenade shape. In that changes, it
will be calculated how much of the population of productive age (15-64
years) in appeal are in the productive age (0-14 years, plus 64 years
and above) .When a nation's age structure of the population pyramid or
grenades then 100 productive age population will be accompanied by
70-80 or more non-productive age population. Only difference, if the
shape is a pyramid that many children (0-14 years), in the form of
grenades that many are elderly (64 years and above).
A society is said to experience a demographic
bonus when situated in a dome-shaped structure before, ie 100
productive age population is only offset by approximately 40-49 age
population is not productive. It means that the load is not too heavy. If
successful family planning program can be maintained and managed to
reach the Total Fertility Rate (TFR) of about 2.1 then in 2015-2025
Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus with the number
dependence (dependency ratio) of about 0.4 to 0.5. (BKKBN, 2008) this
is what we call the demographic bonus.
The age structure of the population of Indonesia
is currently very favorable for economic development. The working age
population is relatively much larger than the population of which is a
load (which is still very young and the elderly). This was a golden
opportunity that is very valuable. Called bonus, because these
conditions will not last long. Figures young dependency will continue to
decline, but over time will decline more slowly.
On the other hand, an increasing number of
elderly dependency will rise and increase rapidly. Therefore, a point will
be reached when an increasing number of elderly dependence greater
than penurunann numbers of young dependency. In that time, the
number of total dependency increases. And demographic burden on
the economy will rise again. This is a tremendous benefit from the
Family Planning program.
7. Reducing the Burden on the Country as a Result of the Population
Explosion Problem
If a country enhance family planning implementation, it will reduce the
dependance figure in country, so it will prevent a country from some
problem caused by overpopulation like : Rise in unemployment, When
a country becomes overpopulated, it gives rise to unemployment as
there fewer jobs to support large number of people. Rise in
unemployment gives rise to crime as people will steal various items to
feed their family and provide them basic amenities of life. When a
country becomes overpopulated, it gives rise to unemployment as

unemployment gives rise to crime as people will steal various items to
feed their family and provide them basic amenities of life. This
condition makes lowering countrys stability and could hamper the
countrys economy
Conclusion
After we do the feasibility analysis, we can conclude that : This
Bacterial Contraception project is feasible, because the costs of
production that are not too expensive. This product has a positive
impact on public health. In addition, this product also contributed to
the increase in the country's economy.
