Terms & Condi ons

In the following Terms & Condi ons, The term EVENT refers to CREDAI BANKCON 2015, and the term EVENT
ORGANIZER refers to CREDAI Chamber of Real Estate Developers Associa on of India,

1.

CREDAI BANKCON 2015 being a limited seats Event, registra ons to the Event are subject to the availability
of seats.

2.

This Event is organized by CREDAI, which reserves the right, in its sole discre on, at any point in me, to limit
or deny access to the EVENT to any en ty or individual.

3.

To be eligible to par cipate, you must have at least the Director level designa on in your
Company/Organiza on. The Event is only for Directors or CEO level professionals.

4.

Par cipa on to the CREDAI BANCKON 2015 is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

5.

Registra on Charges are to be paid in full, no part payments will be acceptable.

6.

Registra on fees and charges once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.

7.

In case of a delegate cancelling the registra on, the payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

8.

If access is denied by CREDAI for any reason, then payments collected will NOT BE refunded.

9.

By a ending the Event, you agree to abide by all generally applicable rules and regula ons governing the
Event that have been provided or otherwise made known to you by CREDAI.

10. Without a valid PHOTO ID PROOF, the entry to the event will be DENIED.
11. Interna onal par cipants must have a valid passport, otherwise entry will be denied.
12. CREDAI uses the personal data you provide in this registra on for the purpose of administering your
par cipa on in CREDAI BANKCON 2015. To this end, CREDAI may disclose your personal data to third party
service providers (e.g., mailing houses and any other providers engaged by CREDAI to assist in the conduct
of the Event).

CREDAI may also disclose your personal data to other Event A endees but will do so solely in
connec on with the Event A endee List and always in compliance with applicable data protec on laws.
Except as described herein, CREDAI will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without
your consent except where required to do so by law.
13. For Event Sessions and Speaker Presenta ons, CREDAI prohibits the use of cameras and mobile recording
devices. For all other areas of the Event, CREDAI hires professional service providers (photo/video/audio) to
document and showcase the Event experience. CREDAI also leverages social media (e.g., Twi er and
Periscope) (i) to post real- me photos and videos to its Social media feeds, and (ii) display select submissions
from those feeds on monitors throughout the venue. Delegates are encouraged to post their own social
content from the Event (text, photos, audio, video), provided it does not infringe on copyrighted CREDAI
content. CREDAI will determine in its sole discre on which posted content will be displayed on the overhead
monitors at the venue. By a ending the Event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) CREDAI may edit
and use the footage it captures at CEREDAI BANKCON 2015 for marke ng and promo onal ac vi es and for
any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) Due to the prevalence of mobile
recording devices in today's world, CREDAI disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any
mul media format by other A endees at the Event.
14. Limita on of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable
for any lost prots, cost of cover, direct, indirect, incidental, special, reliance, consequen al or puni ve
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service or the services or func ons of the
service or arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the service or your reliance upon, the service or
the services, content or materials in, or func ons of, the service, provision of, or failure to provide services,
or informa on, or any damages whatsoever resul ng from loss of use, data, or prots, whether or not we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability (including negligence). In
addi on, we have no duty to update the service or the contents thereof. applicable law may not allow the
limita on or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequen al damages, so the above limita on or
exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes
of ac on (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the
amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service. If you are dissa sed with the service or any of the
products, services, members, suppliers and/or buyer oered in connec on therewith or associated
therewith, as the case may be, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to discon nue from par cipa ng in
the EVENT, in accordance with the terms hereof.
