EXPERIENCE

Presently working as internee at ZTE Pakistan in CDMA department. Have a good

knowledge about CDMA technology and its working.
Internship in Network Operation Center (NOC) Department PTCL.
Worked in Next Generation Networking (NGN) Department PTCL.
NOC Work Description:
Eliminating customers problems related to broadband and IPTV remotely by using
various online portals. Also it helped manage to keep a track of sessions customers
had before countering the problem.
Moreover the problems related to the various departments were directed to fix the
problems.
NGN Work Description:
Monitoring of E1 and OFC communication by detecting the errors in the HCTE
system for various cities, inter-cities as well as gateway communication.

As an internee my responsibilities were :

Maintenance of the NGN main server.
Handling Class 4 (C4) and Class 5 (C5) servers alarms.
Working on SOFT X3000, UMG 8900.
Monitoring the Control Panel of entire exchange.
Test Dialing the numbers for finding interruptions or losses in the transmission
lines..

FINAL YEAR
PROJECT (FYP)

Title: Generation of Call Detail Recorders (CDRs) from SIGTRAN traffic for
revenue assurance.
Description:
The purpose of the project is to produce CDRs by analyzing the SIGTRAN traffic.
This is used to ensure that the caller is making an attempt to dial a number which is
through a legal channel but if it is not then the person is subject to be violating the
laws of telecommunication.
Softwares Used:
WireShark and Microsoft Visual Basic 10
Output :
Software capable to produce CDRs linked through Notepad file with the exact bill.

Simulation of Audio Amplifier on PROTEUS PROFESSIONAL 7.

Implemented the Losses in Fiber Optics in C++ with histograms.
Programmed a car operating with 2 batteries by using a microcontroller.
Designed and analyzed a Slot Patch antenna using HFSS 9.
Carried out case study of an organization METRO cash n carry working setup.
