Career accomplishments;

Achieved out-of-box failure rates less than 1 in 10,000 for seismic data acquisition
modules through a partnership with contact manufacturer.
Development of a repair depot ( RMA ) providing two week turnaround on returned
modules. This was achieved through empowerment of highly trained functional
employees.
Reduced production test time that contributed to a 40 % reduction in product cost through
continuous improvement efforts of manufacturing test development.
Development of HALT / HASS product test cases for seismic equipment.
Saved $ 2,000,000 annually through design, construction, and deployment of a system
test simulator that uses product testing product methodologies.
Saved $ 500,000 annually by implementing global integration assembly and test
operations for seismic equipment.
Satisfied rapid manufacturing, by developing test facilities to provide 6500 wireless
seismic stations in four weeks, resulting from an alliance with a contract manufacturing
partner.
An average of 10% production process yield improvement through the application of lean
& six sigma techniques and root cause analysis.
