NQA is part of NTS, one of the worlds leading providers of environmental simulation testing, inspection and
certification services. NTS serves a broad range of industries, including civil aviation, space, defense, nuclear,
telecommunications, industrial, electronics, medical and automotive markets.
NQA provides accredited certification and training to help enterprises improve their products/services, processes
and performance. NQA has issued over 33,000 certificates to clients in over 70 countries.
NQA India is a strategically important market for NQA and NTS. This role therefore provides an exciting
opportunity for an experienced certification industry professional to become part of dynamic and growing
enterprise to help expand NQAs services across India.
Job purpose:
o To plan and conduct professional management system audits in accordance NQA procedures to enable
delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate
accreditation standards
o To assist in business development as required and to provide specific technical support to expand the
Companys capability to offer valued services to customers

To provide training on Awareness, Implementation, Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor Courses organised
by NQA for organisations and public.

Key Accountabilities
o Conduct audits in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service
delivery that ensures effective customer relationships
o Complete all chargeable work within the required budget and timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction
and efficiency of the business

Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required
procedures and standards to fulfil customer expectations

Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and
management of operations

Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements as defined
by the Certification Manager

Enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards

Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs
are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge

If required, to provide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the
service capability of the business

Support business development activities as required (including follow up and/or referral of enquiries,
sales visits, assistance at events, seminars, etc) to enable on-going growth of the business

Carry out internal audits of individual auditors, functions or offices to ensure internal compliance with
relevant standards

At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself,
colleagues and clients, in line with the Companys policies and procedures.

Evidence of at least 4 years of relevant work experience as a Lead Auditor, with at least 2 years in an Information
Security related position reviewed and verified. Qualified as a Lead ISMS and ITSMS Auditor with one or more
accredited certification bodies.

Qualifications
Essential

Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standards
Minimum 35 mandays audit log as lead auditor for the ISMS and ITSMS standards

Excellent working knowledge of ISO 27001(ISMS) and ISO 20000(ITSMS) Management system,
standards and compliance/auditing techniques

Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels

Willingness to learn and adapt to change committed to continuous personal and professional
development

Desirable
Able to demonstrate ability to identify and capitalise on any potential to maximise sales/revenue generated by the
business
