NEGATIVE FACTORS OF THE FESTIVITY OF THE GENTLEMAN OF THE

GRAN PODER"

1. INTRODUCTION
The reality, specifically speaking of our context is practically the result of same people's
actions that conforms a certain community. People by means of their actions and behaviors
can establish a certain focus to certain time and/or event that it is taken ahead in that
contextual means.
The present work in fact takes very in bill those actions that they would remove him/her the
cultural true sense to the very well-known festivity of "The Mr. of the Gran Poder." For the
development of the work he/she takes into account the observation, gathering of information
and the intent of knowing same people's perception in relation to negative factors that are
manifested during the festivity of the Gran Poder.
He/she thinks about a problematic one in relation to what one can observe during the
entrance folkloric and based on this it is taken an investigation that can indicate that negative
factors also participate during this cultural traditional expression ahead.
It is necessary to mention that of those identified, registered factors and described the
development of the work inside, he/she also takes into account a hierarchical position as for

2. POSITION OF THE PROBLEM
The same as in many other countries of the world, our country (Bolivia), also bill with a wide
range of folkloric expressions and one of them is the denominated "Festivity of the Mr. of the
Gran Poder", the same one that is expressed in the city of The Peace, by means of
Processions, Masses and an entrance of dances originated in Bolivia.

Although it is pitifully a cultural expression, this it doesn't lack certain negative factors that
show up to the moment to manifest the devotion toward the Mr. of the Gran Poder,
specifically speaking of the folkloric (presentation of dances) entrance. Because we should
also take into account that this party generates a social, cultural and economic great
movement. However inside all this, we cannot assure that everything is rose color, since it is
evidenced gives you an analytic perspective that pitifully actions are made that anything has
to do with a social, cultural healthy expression and even religious.
However, it is considered that one should know the opinion of same people. In that sense it is
about taking an investigation that can indicate us those factors that incur in negative actions
on the part of same people ahead that somehow participates of this tradition. For the same
one, the development of the investigation will be built based on the following query:

3. OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To describe which are those five negative factors that show up during the entrance
folkloric "Festivity of the Mr. of the Gran Poder?
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To identify by means of observation factors that you/they incur in negative actions
during the festivity
To apply an opinion survey that indicates the five negative bigger factors.
To register the data obtained during the application of the work for the tabulation of
results.
4. JUSTIFICATION
All cultural tradition that is practiced, is in certain way it is a group of actions directed by an
ideology, also, a devotion manifestation toward something or somebody. In one or another
way what should prevail in all our acts is the social values and one of them is the respect.
The present work tries to demonstrate as some actions of the population's number that it
participates of this festivity he/she forgets the importance of the practice of these values, for
the same thing the work takes the following reasons:
Social Reason:

It is sought to take a message from people to same people, in the same one that indicates
the perception of this type of events. Also manifesting, the social responsibility that you/they
imply all these cultural movements. We can improve as society but it is on the whole a work
Cultural Reason:
With this work one will be able to know if people believe that this type of events continues
being the cultural expression that should be, or he/she has gotten lost this vision and they are
other the reasons for which people participate of this tradition.
Educational Reason:
With all those negative behaviors that show up, you can inform the population based on the
following expression: What example is he/she becoming trained to the children, the girls and
young?
5. BASE THEORETICAL
Description
The party like cultural expression also has its presence in the streets that every time with
more force goes appropriating of the spaces public streets and avenues, with the parties like
being that of the Mr. of the Gran Poder in a principle and now in each neighborhood
according to the foundation date or boss of the parish have its folkloric (lend) expression in

7. INSTRUMENT OF GATHERING OF DATA

This instrument was used for the gathering of data, the same ones that will be provided by
those people that participate to the moment of the application of the phase of mediating

The instrument that was used is detailed in the following way:
The survey consisted of ten closed questions, for the same ones the interviewed person will
be able to respond based on the alternatives proposed the survey inside. He/she will have a
structure where the title will be detailed, general data, the instructions, the articles with its
possible alternatives of answers and lastly the gratefulness for the participation.

INTERPRETACION: Podemos observar que el 87% de la poblacin participante


indica que SI existen aspectos negativos en la Festividad del Gran Poder. Un 7%
opina que MAS O MENOS, un 3% indica que NO y el restante 3% NO RESPONDE

INTERPRETACION: Podemos observar que el 57% de la poblacin califica de


MUCHA IMPORTANCIA los factores negativos en la Festividad del Gran Poder. Un
23% califica de DEMASIADA IMPORTANCIA, un 13% las califica de MEDIANA
IMPORTANCIA y el restante 7% las califica de POCA IMPORTANCIA.

INTERPRETACION: Podemos observar que el 54% de la poblacin SI apoyara

INTERPRETACION: En la presente grafico podemos observar que los cinco


principales factores negativos. Adems se puede percibir, que en 1er lugar se
encontrara EL EXCESIVO CONSUMO DE BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS, en 2 lugar est
LA BASURA Y SUCIEDAD, EN 3er lugar se encuentra LA INSEGURIDAD CIUDADANA.
En 4 lugar se encuentra LA VIOLENCIA Y POR ULTIMO EN 5 lugar se encuentra
EL MAL ASPECTO TURISTICO.

INTERPRETACION: En el preste grafico se puede observar que el 73% de la


poblacin participante opina que estos factores negativos influyen DEMASIADO
negativamente en el medio ambiente. El 20% opina que MAS O MENOS y por
ltimo, el 7% opina que solo afecta UN POCO.

INTERPRETACION: En el preste grafico se puede observar que el 53% de la


poblacin participante opina que estos factores negativos afectan BASTANTE
negativamente al buen desarrollo de la sociedad. El 40% opina que MS O MENOS
y por ltimo, el 7% opinan que NO afecta.

DIVERSION. Un 10% indica que es por DEVOCION y por ltimo, el 10% restante
NO RESPONDE.

INTERPRETACION: En el preste grafico se puede observar que el 77% de la


poblacin participante opina que son NEGATIVOS los factores que prevalecen ms
durante la Festividad del Gran Poder. El 10% indica que son ms los factores
POSITIVOS. Un 13% NO RESPONDE.

indica que es POCO URGENTE.
