REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Online Registration
Candidate can register online for TOEIC TEST using the following three easy steps:

Step 1:
Visit www.cpsglobal.in.
Click on Register for TOEIC
New Registration.

Candidate needs to fill up all the required details along with their Photograph and Id Proof and after Submitting Candidates
Login id and Password will be generated and send to the Candidates registered E-mail id.
Note: Id proof and Photograph should be only in jpg /Gif format and size not max 5000 KB.

Step 2:
Visit www.cpsglobal.in.
Click on Register for TOEIC
Candidate login

Candidate can now book the TOEIC test Using provided login id and password accordingly and after submitting details Candidates
will received a confirmation mail with Booking id, Test date, TEST Fee procedure, Bank Account details etc.

Step 3:
Visit www.cpsglobal.in.
Click on Register for TOEIC

Upload bank slip
After deposit the Test fee candidate needs to log in and upload the Test fee deposit slip and submit. Candidate will receive a
TOEIC TICKET CONFIRMATION at least 7 days prior to the test date.

Manual Registration Process

1. Fill the attached Registration form as required.
2. Attached the scan copy of Bank deposit slip, copy of valid Id proof, 1passport size photo graph along with the Registration
form and send it to helpdesk@cpsglobal.in
3. You can also send by courier the Registration form with Bank deposit slip/Demand draft, copy of valid Id proof and one
passport size photograph in our Head office (CPS GLOBAL, E512, 3rd Floor, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075)

Identification Documents Required

For immigration test taker you must present a valid passport with your name, photograph and signature as your primary ID
document. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Your identification will be checked before you are admitted. The name given when you registered must match the name on the
identification document(s) you will present at the test center. If youre primary or secondary identification contains diacritical
accented characters that are not reflected in your test registration. You will be permitted to take the test. If you arrive at the test
Center without the required proper identification, the test center administrator will not admit you and you will forfeit your test
fee.
If testing OUTSIDE your country of citizenship, you MUST PRESENT YOUR PASSPORT as your primary identification document

Fee procedure
1. Candidates can deposit cash on the below mentioned bank details.
2. Candidates can go for electronic fund transfer on account of Society of children public school.
3. Candidates can make a demand draft in the favor of Society of children public school payable at New Delhi.

Fee refund Policy

If you cancel your registration by the three day advance deadline, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the test fee you
deposit. The reminder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding a seat for
you at test site. Refunds will be in the same currency. Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will not be given if you do not
follow proper registration procedures or fail to present the required identification documents at the testing site.

Reschedule Policy
You must reschedule your registration no later than three full days before your test date.
NOTE: This does not including the day of your test or the day of your request or your test fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy
You must cancel your registration no later than 3 full days before your test date (not including the day of your test or the day of
your request) or your test fee will be forfeited. Example: The deadline to cancel a Monday test date is Thursday. Payment must
be received prior the rescheduling.

Instructions for the Day of the Test

Report to the designated test center with your identification document at least 30 minutes before your start time. If you arrive
after the reporting time, you may not be admitted into the test session. Dress appropriately to account for temperature
variation at the center. Other than your identification document (s). Personnel items such as cell phones, hand bags, and study
materials are not allowed in the testing room. A secure storage area may not be available; please plan accordingly.

Instructions Prior to start of Test

Please be aware that all test takers will not begin the speaking section of the test at the same. Other candidates may be
speaking while you are testing. If you think you will be distracted, we suggest you wear headphones during the entire test
session. Speak directly into the microphone and in your normal speaking volume.
