A Call for Student Work

If you have a DVD or CD of a student production please donate a copy to the library
so we can add it to our collection. Please include the program from the event to
help us catalog the correct information. Michael Zimmer has offered to get a
Photoshop template for the DVD covers if you want to design your own. Please
drop off DVDs, CDs and programs at Crossett to the attention of Vanessa
Haverkoch.

Time to Procrastinate Thesis & Project Reception

We always enjoy asking interesting
people to share book suggestions.

Director of the Vermont Arts
Exchange, agreed to tell us some of
his favorites. We thought his list

term. So if you need a little
distraction head to the shelves and
check out some of these titles.

New Equipment in Crossett Library
Near the TVs on the main floor of Crossett Jake
Meginsky has set up two media transfer stations. The
first is a Mini DV and VHS to DVD burning station. The
second can transfer cassette tapes and vinyl records
(LPs) to CD. If you are interested in training to learn how
to use the equipment email Jake.
Crossett Library will host the 11th annual
Thesis & Project Reception on Thursday May
28th from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Crossett Library
Garden. A toast in honor of the seniors will be
given by Jonathan Pitcher. Music by Sam
Clement & Kate Ritter.
Theses and Projects are due in the library by
4 pm on Monday May 25th. If you have any
questions related to submitting your thesis or
project to the library, please consult the
library's web page or contact Joe.
End of Term Due Dates
Friday, May 22 is the last day to request
books, CDs, and films through ILLiad.
Friday, May 29, by 5pm is the last day to
request Williams borrowing forms.
Friday, May 29 is the last day to order
articles through ILLiad. Please note that
articles can arrive approximately 1-7 days
after requested.
Monday, June 1 all Williams College and ILL
items are due at Crossett.
Wednesday, June 3 all Crossett and
Jennings library items are due.
