UNILAB DEHUMIDIFIER HEAT PIPE

A software that is very intuitive and easy to use. Enables you to
quickly enter the exchanger data and create a printed report containing all the heat exchanger data that has been calculated, the
psychrometric chart of the calculated treatment and to export a
DWG file with the pattern of the heat pipe with its actual size, in
scale 1:1.
It allows you to enter the details from various heat pipe models,
types of geometry and the users catalogue sizes of the heat pipe.
It gives you the possibility to save and load individual calculations.
In the tropical regions, high humidity is combined with high temperatures. From an energy point of view, in these locations traditional air conditioning units are not very efficient. The use of the
horseshoe and monoflat heat pipe interposed with the main cooling coil has many advantages, such as: increased dehumidification
capacity, and reduction of the energy used at no additional cost.

No. 2 selection typologies:
- Possibility to insert another parameter of the inlet air, to be paired with dry bulb temperature between relative humidity, wet bulb temperature, enthalpy, humidity rate)
- Possibility to modify the heat pipe dimensions to be verify/selected
Calculation of a possible mixing chamber in front of the heat pipe
Possibility to define:
- the circuits number of the heat pipe
- the tubes and skipped tubes distribution for each circuit
Possibility to set, edit and erase the customers data and materials
Archive of materials, geometries, fluids
Possibility to manage:
- the constructive characteristics of the typologies of the heat pipes geometries
- the heat pipe predefined dimensions
Possibility to set the default values of the calculation such as the geometry to use, the default
fluid, minimum and maximum number of fin and row spacing
Calculations can be saved in small files for easy cataloguing
The user is able to manage the geometrys data with the possibility to add new ones
The user is able to manage the materials data with the possibility to add new ones, specifying
and inserting the following information: Thermal Conductivity (W/m*K) and the Density (kg/m3)
Psychrometric chart of the air treatment of the calculated heat pipe
These correction factors align the softwares results (with approximation margin) with experimental data
Possibility to choose or modify the system: SI, Imperial, Custom and Technical
Possibility to customize units of measurement
