Upgrade Export Product Chilling Facilities Juaymah NGL Fractionation Plant: The project scope is to install four
identical propane chilling unit to subcool the propane from -47 deg. F to -52 deg.F and three butane chilling unit to
subcool the butane from 25 deg. F to 20 deg. F. The work involved simulation of propane and butane chilling unit
on HYSYS, Sizing of equipment, PFD and P&ID preparation and other process activities.
Expansion of Sour Water Stripper Unit @ Riyadh Refinery: Project is expansion of existing sour water stripper
(SWS) unit. The project is installing one new SWS unit in parallel to existing. The project scope of work is
preparation of basic engineering package for sour water stripper unit. The work involved simulation of SWS unit
on HYSYS, Sizing of equipments, PFD and P&ID preparation and other process activities.
Flare gas recovery system, Shedgum & Uthmaniyah : Project scope involve detail design of flare gas recovery
system to recover 8 MMSCFD of flare gas. Main responsibility was to review the vendor engineering package for
compressor, seal drum, knock out drum and associated piping to comply with Saudi Aramco standard.
Reduce Sales Gas Water content, Shedgum & Uthmaniya Gas Plant: The project include design of propane
refrigeration system upstream of TEG unit to reduce the temperature of wet sweet gas to condense the excess water
and to separate out in three phase separator to meet the sales gas water content specification below 7lb/mmscfd.
Scope of work also cover to study the downstream TEG unit for adequacy check .propaane refrigeration system was
simulated along with TEG unit on HYSYS for study purpose.
Capacity enhancement of safaniyah gas plant from 850 MMSCFD to 1000 MMSCFD - Detailed Feasibility
Report: Project scope involved preparation of Feasibility Report to increase capacity of plant from 850 MMSCFD
to 1000 MMSCFD. Scope of work was involving the simulation of plant on HYSYS, equipments size verification
& hydraulic calculation to find out bottleneck and solution to run the plant at capacity of 1000 MMSCFD.

Upgrade fire protection system for bulk plant: Project scope covers fire water & foam water demand calculation &
fire water network & sprinkler system hydraulic calculation on PIPENET for bulk plant.
Wasit lateral pipeline tie-in to BGP & KGP: The scope involved detail design of lateral pipeline to supply 300
MMSCFD gas from Wasit Gas Plant to Berry Gas Plant and Khursaniyah Gas Plant. Project scope covers slug
catcher, piping, pig launcher & receiver and overprotection for pipeline.
