I elected to become a licensed real estate agent after gaining valuable first-hand knowledge of the real
estate industry from an experienced real estate agent.
Helped increase sales volume by assisting agent by communicating with clients at least once a week to check
on their needs and assure clients understand we care about their concerns and needs.
Developed prospects list - Located addresses and phone numbers for targeted seller categories to use for
direct mail. Scanned the MLS for expired listings, researched tax records for out of state owners, checked local
newspapers for unrepresented sellers and searched all possible media to find prospects for buying of selling.
Utilized advertising skills to schedule and organize marketing advertising on a monthly basis to ensure
constant marketing.
