Essential information and advice from experts across the tourism, hospitality,
and events industries including CV and interview tips, where to go for jobs,
what extra training is available and who to contact.

It is no longer enough to just have a qualification or a degree in tourism,


hospitality or events management. Employers are now bombarded with
applicants with experience of working in the industry, extra qualifications and
certified training. This event will inform students what it takes to stand out from
the crowd.

THE 1 Career Fair will be attended by 14 employers and organisations from
various sectors of the tourism, hospitality, and events industries. Profiles of
employers are spanning from local businesses to global corporations, offering
job opportunities such as traineeship programmes and direct hires. Several
career training and recruitment agencies will also provide information and
advices for career development.
