Activities Performed: Responsible for Structural analysis and design of Precast Post Tensioned
I Girder, Span (30m to 60m), reinforced concrete T girders. Abutment height 4.5m to 9m.
Substructure consists of hammerhead X-heads, Portal frames and pile projected piers.
Cast in Situ Pile dia 800mm to 1200mm.
14 numbers bridges analysis and design have been done at the locations of Brguna, Patukhali,
Bhola and Barishal districts. Software used MIDAS Civil, Staad.pro, CSI Bridge and excel
spreadsheets.

2.4mx 2.4m, 2.4m x 3.86m. Pile cap thickness 1.5m to 1.8m. Superstructure consists of
Segmental post tensioned box girder 36m+36m+36m straight module, Post Tensioned I Girder

Main project features: Detailed Engineering Design work for 22.5 KM Bus rapid transit line.

Activities performed: Responsible for structural analysis and design of tunnel 7.3m carriage
way width with 3 m hard shoulder and drainage facilities (1.2 Km) for the approval from the world
bank at the junction of Kakrail and Shantinagar. Responsible for Superstructure and Sub
structure analysis and design of 4Km Highway Flyover. Superstructure consists of RCC slab
Deck, Post Tensioned AASHTO Type Bulb T Beam and Post Tensioned Segmental Box Girder..
The Precast segment length varies from 2.8m to 3.0 m. Camber of post tensioned box girder has
been carried out by the MIDAs Civil software.. In Special crossing Post tensioned Balanced
cantilever method has been carried out of upto 90m span length. Pier Height was 8m to 20m. Pot
Bearing and Elastomeric bearing has been used, Cantilever Crosshead, Hammer Head Cross
head and Portal Pier has been analysis and designed.
Software used Staad.pro for longitudinal analysis. Longitudinal analysis carried out as a line
beam and Transverse analysis. Design has been done by using spreadsheets. Section capacity
has been checked by SAM software. The camber has been Checked by MIDAS civil Software.
A several numbers of group pile has been analyzed and designed (2 group piles to 25 group
piles). Pile dia varies from 900mm to 1500 mm. Structural analysis and designed of pile cap.
Checking reinforcement and following the procedure of ISO.
3 Numbers 4 storied Bus Depot have been analysis and design, Depot area including parking
facilities have been varies from 1.5 hectre to 5 hectre.
16 Numbers station design for the passenger to avail the bus facilites.
20 Numbers steel footover have been analysed and design.

Activities performed: Responsible for Superstructure and Sub structure analysis and design.
Superstructure consists of Prestressed Post Tensioned and Pretensioned U Beam & Post
Tensioned Segmental Box Girder. Structural Design has been carried out by Using Dead Load,
Super imposed Dead load, Train Load, Hunting Load / Centrifugal load, Seismic Load, Wind
Load creep and shrinkage loads. The Precast segment length varies from 2.8m to 3.0 m. Camber
of post tensioned box girder has been carried out by the MIDAs Civil software. Below 30m span
length prestress pretension beam and above 30m span Post Tensioned Prestressed beam has
been considered. In Special crossing Post tensioned Balanced cantilever method has been

straight portion of the Bridge. Span Length varies 25m to 40m. Pier Height was 10m to 15m. Pot
