The Sales Probability Calculator is a Sales Tool designed to assist professionals in the selling of services and products. It is based upon
research into factors that influence successful selling.
The Probability Assessment Tab requires that you rate (7) attributes that are major influencing factors in a successful sale
beyond product/service capability. These are:
Type of Buy
Need
Benefit
Perception of Our Firms Capability
Highest Level of Customer Influence
Competition
Customer Strategic Goal /Solution Alignment
Competition and Highest Level of Customer Influence attributes have sub attributes used to adjust these respective ratings.
For each attribute use the dropdowns in the attribute column to set ratings. The Sale Probability row provides the final
score and assessment rating.
The Buying Center Heat Map Tab provides a way to visualize the buyer /decision maker influences and sentiments. This assists
sales professionals in prioritizing people in the purchaing organinzation to contact in selling a solution.
