Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement is binding between JobStreet.com and the Company, hereafter referred to as Advertiser.
Each job is provided 30 days exposure.

All job advertisements ordered by the Advertiser will be self-posted through the Advertisers SiVA account and will be stored for 24 months from posting date.

Posting another job advertisement with the same ad creation parameters is allowed only after 14 days to avoid spamming. Should the Advertiser violate the Terms of Use including but not limited to the provision on
multiple posting, any remaining or unused credits of the selected Package shall be converted and re-computed to a credits-based package valued at standard prevailing rates.
All job advertisements are not to be used for applicant solicitation for purchase of products / services, compilation of database information for anyunauthorized use or sale, disclosure to any third party, contact with
the user for any purpose other than potential employment, or for any other purposewhich is not consistent with JobStreet.com's Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.
The Advertiser may tag its job postings as Company Confidential provided that such job postings shall not exceed 5% of the Advertisers total job postings for the month. For this purpose, the Advertiser, if need be
may seek the cooperation of the Account Manager/ Customer Care concerned for information on the number of total job posting for the month and the number of job postings tag as Company Confidential
JobStreet.com reserves the right to suspend access to any and all aspects of its service without refund in the event of non-compliance by the Advertiser with these Terms of Use
(http://www.jobstreet.com.ph/employers/terms_use.htm).
All the resumes will be stored in SiVA for 12 months from the posting date of the advertisement or the retrieval / request date from the Resume Search database, whichever date is earlier.
Rates are inclusive of 12% EVAT. VAT-exempt and zero-rated companies are required to send a VAT-Exempt Certificate; otherwise, regular rates will apply.
All package inclusions should be consumed within the validity period. Unused credits, including for Direct banners, will be automatically forfeited. Advertiser should notify JobStreet.com Account Manager in writing
about any desired Direct banner implementation schedule changes thirty (30) days before actualbanner implementation, otherwise corresponding banner credits will be forfeited.

Rates are valid for 30 days upon JobStreet.coms receipt of the Service Agreement Form (SAF) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Package is considered active upon signing of this Agreement. After signing, requests for termination, extension or refund will not be granted.
Advertiser agrees that JobStreet.com can use its name in all of JobStreet.com's advertisements and campaigns (including but not limited to online media,email blast), print media, outdoor ads, radio, website ads,
etc.) to promote the Advertiser's job openings.
