Recipes from India that are authentic, healthy and easy to make, includes south Indian,
North Indian and other traditional and modern recipe.

R & S Foods is the sole facility partner for Jain Group of Institutions, Bangalore and is
serving more than 10000 plates of food to 1200 Hostel students at 10 different locations
in Bangalore.

Why We ?

Menu
Our Menu moderate sized, and moderate-low priced offering a collection of ethnic Indian and
Continental items with a common theme -- healthy, flavorful, and familiar. Our goal is to create
the image of light satisfying and still nutritious food. There has been an increased awareness of
nutritional and health concerns in recent years and a growing market of people who now eat this
style of cooking regularly.

Production
Food production and assembly will take place in the kitchen of the restaurant. Fresh vegetables
and dairy products will be used to create most of the dishes from scratch. The chef will exercise
strict standards of sanitation, quality production, and presentation or packaging over the kitchen
and service staff.

Service
Buffet Food Service (Lunch) would be provided for all employees of the company. Hot food
would be served on self service standards. Electric Bane Marie/ Hot Plates would be used to keep
the Food Hot. Executives, Staff, Guests will help themselves with self-service.

Future Opportunities
There is a market segment that prefers to eat this type of cooking at home although they do not
have the time to cook. There are already caterers and even mail order companies that provide
individuals and families with up to a month's supply of pre-prepared/Ordered meals. This
opportunity will be researched and developed on a trial basis. If successful, it could become a
major new source of opportunity.

Operations
Facilities & Offices
The restaurant at the Tech Mall, ITPB is a 4000 Square foot space. The licenses and
permissions are all in order. Offices of the corporation are presently at Mr. Sanjay Jalan’s
corporate office in VV Puram, Bangalore.

Hours of Operation
As to the requirement between 8:00 Am to 11:00 PM

Employee Training & Education

Employees are trained not only in their specific operational duties but in the philosophy and
applications of our concept. They will receive extensive information from the chef and be kept
informed of the latest information on healthy eating.

Systems & Controls

A big emphasis is being placed on extensive research into the quality and integrity of our
products. They will constantly be tested for our own high standards of freshness and
purity.

Food Production
Most food will be prepared on the premises. The kitchen is designed for high standards of
sanitary efficiency and cleaned daily. Food will be made mostly to order.

Delivery
Time management is been strictly followed as to the delivery time. In case of Corporate we
ensure that utmost standard is been maintained and the delivery counter is been set 15 minutes
before the time and is been refilled from time to time.

Management Team and Ownership

R&S Foods is organized as a partnership firm with equal partnership between Mr. Sanjay
Jalan and Mr. SK Bajaj.

Mr. Sanjay Managing Partner

Sanjay will be responsible for operational and financial management, sales, marketing
and promotion. Mr. Sanjay has eight years of experience as a Director of JCH Hospitality
and as COO of Jain College Hostel. His responsibilities included hiring, managing of
personnel as well as food and beverage service, record keeping and inventory

management. Mr. Sanjay is a qualified lawyer by education and an entrepreneur by

Mr. Abhishek Manager Marketing & Operations

Mr. Abhishek will be responsible for management of day to day operations. Mr.
Abhishek principal responsibilities will include food and beverage service, staff
management, purchasing, inventory management, marketing and promotions. Mr.
Abhishek has two years experience in the industry. Mr. Abhishek is a graduated from
Bangalore University in 2008 with a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing).
