All applications for exhibition tables at the 2010 Global Cannabis March must be returned no later than April 25, 2010.

Main Booth area will fit the 10-foot by 10-foot outdoor canopy commonly used by outdoor vendors. Canopies will be
supplied by Pioneer Square. Please inquire about special requirements and limitations for glass blowers.

Remember the full fee for your space/table(s) is due by April 25, 2010.

Ter ms & Conditions

The vendor/exhibitor is entirely responsible for the space leased and agrees to occupy the space as assigned. The space will
be open and staffed during all event hours. If the booth is not staffed during all hours, the exhibitor will be removed from
the event without refund. Should this occur, Oregon NORML has the right to re-occupy the space in a way that is deemed
in the best interest of the event. The space may not be sublet or donated without written permission of Oregon NORML.

Vendor/Exhibitor may not solicit outside the booth area such as in the parking lot, entrance, or aisle ways. All displays
must be kept within the designated space. Noise making devices must not disturb other exhibitors. Oregon NORML has
the right to remove any device that is disruptive to the event.

Vendors/Exhibitors will follow all ordinances and fire codes regarding public safety. No flammable props are allowed.

The vendor/exhibitor is entirely responsible for the leased space. Should the vendor/exhibitor cause loss or damage to the
facility, the vendor/exhibitor agrees to be fully responsible for reimbursement to correct said issues.

All food items must come from a certified/licensed kitchen. Upon request, all food vendors will provide a copy of a license.
If a copy is not provided upon request, it will result in immediate expulsion with no refund.

In the event of cancellation or interruption of the event beyond our control such as fire, government regulations, act of
nature, or any other cause that prevents Oregon NORML from conducting the event, the contract will terminate and the
vendor/exhibitor will waive any claim for damages.

Oregon NORML, its agents, volunteers, landlord, venue, and its agents and employees will not be responsible for any
injury, theft, loss, or damage that may occur. Upon signing the contract, vendors/exhibitors expressly release and hold
harmless the above mentioned parties from any and all claims.

Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining its own insurance coverage to insure against theft, fire, smoke, flood or any
other loss or casualty.

If you cancel prior to April 20, 2010 you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel on or after April 20, 2010, there will be
no refund.

I, the undersigned, am participating in the 2010 Global Cannabis March event as a vendor/exhibitor, with full knowledge
of state and federal laws pertaining to cannabis. Myself, my employees and volunteers (if any) are participating in this
event of our own free will. I have been afforded the opportunity to speak with an attorney of my choice regarding my
participation in this event.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2010 Global Cannabis March Organizing Committee, its officers,
agents, and their heirs and assigns, and the Oregon affiliate of NORML (National Organization for the Reform of
Marijuana Laws) [“Oregon NORML”], its officers, agents, and their heirs and assigns, from any and all claims, civil or
criminal, arising from my participation and that of my employees and volunteers.

I know that the criminal laws concerning cannabis include but are not limited to fines and jail and/or prison time.

Any display, transfer, or sales of illegal substances will be grounds for immediate termination of vendor’s/exhibitor's right
to remain in the venue. If terminated, no refunds will be granted.

Any violation of federal, state or local laws by vendor/exhibitor and its employees and volunteers at an Oregon NORML
event is grounds for immediate termination at the event.

Vendor/Exhibitor must indemnify Oregon NORML its agents, volunteers, and employees for its actions that result in
injury, loss or damage.

Oregon NORML is not responsible for anything left behind by the vendor/exhibitor.

Oregon NORML, its agents, volunteers, and the landlord, venue, and its agents and employees will not be responsible for
any injury, theft, loss, or damage that may occur.

Publishing Release

I, the undersigned, irrevocably assign to the Oregon NORML any and all rights and privileges pertaining to photography
and/or videography with respect to this Event, including but not limited to publishing rights.
