case numbers 2012PR101P, 2014CR88P, 2014CR332P, and 2014CV17P and
. at I didn't have the extra money for copies of dockets or to print out the pictures
computer of the judge's case load. The reason this is a conflict of interest is
because accordin to The Names And Numbers 2015 Phone Book Andy Bolton's dad Mark Bolton is
renting his CPA Fi m of "Diehl, Banwart, Bolton" from 112 W. 4th Street in the same office address as
"Loy and Sagehor "at 112 W. 4th Street where Kurtis Lay owned 99.5% of the stock just last year
and he and his wi still own the building at "112 W. 4th Street" and this is highly unethical as it is an
"ECONOMIC CON ' ICT OF INTEREST"! I think it also violates 1984 JE-9 Appearance of attorney
who is judge's da hter before other judges in district. Canon 3C "This is the same since Andy

to attorney Bill Wachter of My Town Media at 01:43 P.M.on 2/19/2015 which I
revious complaint against Kyle Fleming, Bill Wachter, and Steve Stockard.
Andy Bolton has a 0 went in front of Judge AJ. Wachter in case numbers 2014CR132P and
2014DM278P wh e it is a "TOTALCONFLICTOF INTEREST"because the attorneys are Kyle
Fleming and Andy olton who are "BROTHER-IN-LAWS"and the judge is AJ. Wachter who
previously owned WILBERT,TOWNER,LASSMAN,TOBUREN,WACHTER,ANDFLEMING"with
Kyle Fleming's fat er and Kyle Fleming previously owned "Wilbert and Towner" himself and A.J.
Wachter's brother ill Wachter still owns "Wilbert and Towner"!! Are you kidding me???? How is
this not unethical? Kyle Fleming. Bill Wachter, and Andy Bolton both violated KRPCRule 8.3(a)(b)
by failing to repo the other attorney and by failing to report AJ. Wachter for failure to disqualify
himself in accorda ce with Rule 2.11{A) of Code ofJudicial Conduct. It would seem this would be
another violation f 1984 JE-9 Appearance of attorney who is judge's daughter before other judges
in district. Canon C "BillWachter should be liable because he owns Wilbert and Towner"!!!!
What makes it eve. worse is the fact that it seems we have our county attorney inv~ved in these
conflicts of intere . as well. In case numbers 2014CR332P and 2014CR88P we have Mark Bolton as
one attorney. Mic ael Gayoso as the other attorney and the judge as Kurtis Loy. Michael Gayoso is
in Team Jesus wit "Steve Stockard" who was the attorney who deceived me in case number
13DM245P and w s my attorney and also the other member of Team Jesus is "Lori-BoltonFleming"!!! So we ave the county attorney going against the other attorney and t~other
attorneys sister is in the band with the county attorney and Andy Bolton's brother-iq-Iaw Kyle
Fleming was Mich el Gayoso's previous campaign manager!!! You throw in a judge.Kurtis Loy who
is a member at Cr twood with Kyle Fleming and he rents to Andy Bolton's father Mark Bolton and
you have a nice Ii e 3 ring conflict of interest and violations of Rule 2.11(A) and KRPCRule 1.7.
