The project was not short of challenges.

The client wanted an organization to design

and provide detailing for conveyer belt

system wherein the conveyer belt had its
supports/Gantry and transfer towers. The
biggest challenge for the client was to find
an apt structural designer who could solve
their concern.

Designing the steel structure connections from the

?
joint force of StaddPro model.
After following above mentioned points we got all steel
member sizes with connections details, foundation
sizes ready for detailing.

Client had the basic schematic diagram of

conveyer, transfer tower, Gantry and

supporting frame for the conveyer. As far
as design forces were concerned client
had all axial forces, torsion forces for the
equipment attached to the transfer tower
and gantry. They needed someone who
could conduct structural designing of
conveyer belt system.
