from Y to X @ 700 km per hour. What

Step 1. take harmonic mean of these two
figures: 500 & 700.
Step 2: add: 1/500 +1/700
= 1200 / 350000
Step 3: multiply by 1200/350000
= 6/3500
Reverse it: 3500/ 6 = 583 approx. ans.
