SUMMARY: The Commission has
delegated authority to the Associate
Director for International Consumer
Protection to respond to disclosure and
other requests from Mexico’s
Procuradurı́a Federal del Consumidor
(Profeco) pursuant to a memorandum of
understanding with the Commission.
