Our global M&E organization of Advanced Materials Business currently has challenging opportunities in Europe for
future Process, Production or Improvement engineers with international ambitions.
During our Trainee Program you will work in a M&E environment with diverse project groups of other disciplines and
nationalities where the major responsibility is in supporting different M&E projects in Europe.
To become a member of this world-wide team, we have created a Dow Advanced Materials M&E Trainee Program
which consists of 1 year of rotational assignments in a variety of M&E functions and locations. The start will be in
Bomlitz (near Hamburg/ Hannover) Germany. Practical skills and corporate orientation combined to maximize career
potential. The objective of this program is to give you the opportunity to learn and understand the processes, business
strategies and Dow culture before leading your own projects worldwide.
During the Trainee program of Dow Advanced Materials Business M&E:
Hands on M&E projects related to the future job you will be doing
Explores business growth opportunities
Attends workshops, seminars and classroom training
Learns customer service skills
Develops technical relevant M&E skills of Advanced Materials Business
Networks with experienced Dow colleagues
Builds mentoring relationships

Profile required:
You hold a Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
You have first experience (internships etc.) in Process Engineering or Production
Experience abroad during an internship or your studies will be an addition
Besides the required technical competencies, self motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal
skills as well as customer focus are essential
Fluency in English, as well as a high degree of computer literacy (MS-Office, etc.) is required.
You are highly flexible in terms of geographic areas and willing to work for an international exiting company
