Tuen Mun Hospital stays on top of list for the fifth year

Tuen Mun Hospital has been underperforming for years, according to the Hospital Authority.

and expected death rates from 23,700 operations from 2012 to 2013 were compared.

The top three in emergency operations

were Yan Chai Hospital (), Queen
