Spirulina , RG,GL and

Cryptomonadales.
Spirulina is an algae which occurs in the sea. It has got the
property of providing the needed nutrients to the body.It works as
the adaptogen and helps many a conditions.
What is preventive therapy?
It is the path way or process of preventing a disease rather than
treating it after the symptoms are found. The methodology
applied to prevent the disease is called preventive therapy. It
involves, Yoga, Pranayam, treatment with Far infra red rays, Bio
ceramics, magneto therapy, naturopathy, homoeopathy and
ayrvedic system. English medicines are more directed with
enzymatic pathways or directed at the micro organisms that
invade the human system and cause diseases.
Therapy which is aimed at prevention does not do any magical
healing. But it is the system which keeps the body at the right
track. It makes a person to slowly develop immunity. The
materials which have the ability to scan and reduce the hyper
conditions or improve the hypo conditions are called adaptogens.
There are quite a few substances which are used in various
medicine systems to treat cure and consolidate the health of a
person.

is found to be good in females in many ways. The product is

other products available including wheat grass is that it does
not have bio magnification.

The things that we can control and the things that
we cannot control:
The air pollution cannot be controlled. WE cannot
control particulate matter of any region. We can achieve
an improvement if we all reduce use of petrol or diesel.
Industries should compulsorily use mechanisms to reduce
the particulate matter.
Water pollution: Water pollution can be controlled if you
use a RO filter and advanced filters to clean the same.
Soil pollution: Soil pollution cannot be individually
controlled. It is a collective effort. Use of plastic should be
reduced. Use of pesticides and insecticides be reduced.
Organic farming should be practiced. Use of chemicals to
ripen the fruits be avoided.
Electro magnetic radiations: Electro magnetic
radiations cannot be controlled at all. Use of mobiles,
televisions and computers leads to development of
destabilization of neuronal membrane and leads to
conditions like parkinsonism, dementia, insomnia.
Excessive use can lead to development of cancer.
Effects of EMR: The effect of EMR on ecosystem is also
huge. It has lead to the destruction of some species of
birds and insects. Sparrow s have become rare birds in
urban areas. Number of crows has diminished. We rarely
find the sight of colourful butterflies which used to come
in thousands during the rainy season. Now butterflies
appear in few countable numbers. The undetected effects
are still unknown.
Increase in chronic diseases: In a city like Benglauru
The number of cancer patients has gone up from one in
one lakh to 20 in one lakh. Or one in every five thousand.

Diabetes has become rampant. India would lead the world

in diabetes. Number of heart attacks has drastically
increased and it is affecting the younger generation. The
neuronal instability caused used to lead to Parkinson
disease in elderly people. Now younger generation is also
getting affected. It has occupied a space of one per cent
and it is progressing.
Longevity: Longevity has increased but the quality of
health has gone down. Availability of multispecialty
hospitals indicates advancement in health on one side but
increased cases of renal problems heart problems also
cause a worry.
Ways out for happy life: Preventive therapy is gaining
importance and many a people are nowadays following
Yoga and pranayama methods. Gyms are extensively
used. But only few people are following all that. But
majority are not following. We feel that with age
advancing these are common and ignore.
Therapy: Use of nano magnetic belts, organic spirulina,
Crypto monadales, Ganoderma lucidum will help persons
to gain health and live a quality life. Prevention is better
than cure.
