INTRODUO
A doena arterial coronariana (DAC) a principal causa de morte na
maioria dos pases desenvolvidos e de alguns em desenvolvimento. Na maioria

Critrios de excluso
Colesterol total abaixo de 200mg/dL ou acima de 350 mg/dL, LDL-c < 130 mg/dl
ou LDL-c > 220 mg/dl, triglicrides acima de 400 mg/dL; hipercolesterolemia
inverso de EMB para OKR e de OKR para EMB, respectivamente, sem wash out
intermedirio.
