WHEREAS, submitted for review in accordance with Section 468 par (a) (1) of
RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is Res. No. 2001-167
ISB of the Sangguniang Bayan of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat;
WHEREAS, the said resolution embodies Ordinance No. 2001-130 ISB which is
An Ordinance Levying Fees/Charges for the Use of the Digital Public Weighing Scale at
Isulan Municipal Abbatoir;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the documents submitted, the August body
has determined that the passage of the herein resolution-ordinance has complied with the
requirements prescribed by law and it is within the scope of the prescribed power of the
concerned sanggunian and of the mayor;

PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, submitted for review in accordance with Section 468 par (a) (1) of
RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is Res. No. 2002-87
of the Sangguniang Bayan of Pres. Quirino, Sultan Kudarat;
WHEREAS, the said resolution embodies Ordinance No. 06-2002 which is An
Ordinance Prohibiting the Catching of Wild Birds Through the Use of Nets or
Sunggapong in Ricefields During the Vegetative Phase Up to Harvest Time of the Palay
Planted Therein and Providing Penalties for Violation thereof;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the documents submitted, the August body
has determined that the passage of the herein resolution-ordinance has complied with the
requirements prescribed by law and it is within the scope of the prescribed power of the
concerned sanggunian and of the mayor;
