Tell me about yourself.

Firstly I would like to thank u for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself
infront of u. myself AMVRINI, AMVRINI SAMADDER CHOUDHURY. I am born and
nrought up in Kolkata. I am pursuing my B.E. with INSTRUMENTATION AND
ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING from jadavpur university. my aggregate percentage is
88.1 till 5th sem. I have completed my schooling form jadavpur vidyapith with 87.2%
marks in h.s. I got 86.88% in 10th std. I have 5 family members including me. My
father is a professor of iiest shibpur. My mother is a school teacher. My brother is
reading in class 11. My grandfather is a retired magistrate. My aspiration are my
parents.

Why should we hire u?

Sir I have cleared all the rounds u took for the selection. My qualification matches
with ur vacancy. I am very much adaptive and I can assure u that if u hire me I will
give my best for the betterment of ur company. Moreover as I am a fresher you can
mould me into any shape acc to ur objectives.

What is ur strength?
My strength is my perfection and patience. Whatever I do I want to do perfectly.
Also I am a hard worker. Also I am very friendly.

What is your weakness?

I do not entertain any weakness in me. However when I see similar people around
me have advanced ahead I feel uncomfortable. That time I feel a bit frustrated.
Then I totally isolate myself for a few days and try my best to cope up with those
people.

Why do you want to work in our company?

As I am a fresher, I want a platform and I want to work in a reputed company like
yours where I can improve my knowledge with skilled people.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confidence is knowing ur strengths, capabilities and limitations. And overconfidence

is overestimating ur strengths and planning things that are unrealistic and beyond
our capabilities. Like when we say that I can do the job then it is a confidence. But
when we say that only I can do the job then its certainly overconfidence.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is doing work in a traditional way putting all our efforts, energy and
resources in fulfilling a task. On the other hand, smart work is finishing the work
with less time, less efforts, minimal resources in a very efficient way with maximum
output.

What do you think which one is better- hard work or smart work?
I think both are important. In the first half of our life hard work is important. We
should know ho to achieve a work in a traditional way. Then when there comes a
time in our life when we are to give sth to this world then smart work is imp i.e. in
the later half of our life. If we go on doing smart work from the very beginning then
we will never achieve success.

Can u work in night shift and during weekends?

Yes sir, if I have something urgent to do then I can. But I always need a break
atleast for some time in a week. Otherwise I cannot give my 100%.

Can u work under pressure?

Yes sir, definitely. Working under pressure gives an opportunity to reveal urself, to
judge ur potential. And in my 4 year engineering experience I have been
accustomed with the pressure quite a lot. So now I like to do work under pressure.

Do u want to relocate?
Yes Sir, I will definitely like to relocate if my job offers me. As it helps us to learn and
work with different environment. I believe that interacting with new people and
adjusting will reveal our dedication and capability towards work and helps us to
know many things. So I would like to relocate.

What is your goal?

My goal is to work in a reputed organization like urs where I can prove myself and
learn a lot.

What motivates u to do a good job?

My goal of being a successful engineer helps me and motivates me to go a good
quality work with proper focus.

What makes u angry?

I do not get angry generally. Bcoz I think anger is the worst feeling that anyone can
have. Also it degrades our health and performance. So its better to deal everything
with a cool mind.

How long do u expect to work if hired?

Well Sir as long as my skills, ideas & hard work help in achieving organisation's
goals & the organisation in return appreciates my work and helps me in my carrier
growth and provides me good working environment.

Dont u think u r overqualified for this post?

No Sir, I think I am just qualified for this position as I am a fresher, But in future
when I will be overqualified for this position I will give more to the company then
rest of the people who are just qualified.
