Your advantages

The interactive analogue addressable detectors stand for a new

standard in the reliable detection
of fires.

Interactive analogue addressable

detectors are applied in many different fields to ensure reliable detection of all classes of fires, e.g.:

Realization of all security concepts

and guarantee of a maximum customer benefit are given by the following features of performance:

Sophisticated software algorithms

Burning characteristics are identified in a way that a fire can be

detected reliably.
Many variable possibilities for individual setting of the detector sensitivity as well as several setting
modes being dependent on the
time of day guarantee the optimum detector adaptation to the
monitored area.
Various different detector mounting
bases round off this system, e.g.:
standard detector bases
bases with dual insulator
relay bases
waterproof bases
mounting bases
mounting bases for insulators
The detectors correspond to EN 54,
part 5 and 7.

Function
OWMX 95
The multi-sensor detector OWMX 95 is an optical smoke
detector combined with a heat detector in one housing.
The analysis of the measuring signals can be performed
applying either the linked mode or the separated mode
based on smoke or heat by selecting the stages 1-5. This
guarantees continuous response to many classes of fire.
A synthesis of high-grade optoelectronic and thermoelectronic sensor technology and distributed system
intelligence in detector and detection control panel
guarantee the functional reliability.
OMX 95
The optical smoke detector OMX 95 is a light scatter
detector containing a measuring chamber shielded
against daylight. The measuring chamber consists of a
labyrinth, a pulsating IR-LED and a photodiode placed
outside the IR ray. As soon as smoke penetrates into
the measuring chamber, the pulsating IR light ray will
be scattered and registered by the photodiode. Depending on the selected sensitivity 1 to 5, the processorcontrolled electronic analysing system now switches
the detector into alarm condition. The alarm is indicated
by 2 red LEDs. The self-adjusting quiescent value in the
detector ensures a constant response sensitivity.

WMX 95
The WMX DIS is a reliable heat detector meeting high
demands. The ambient temperature and the temperature
of the detector housing are measured by 2 NTC resistors.
Under normal conditions these measuring values are
similar. The temperature of the NTC exposed to ambience
will increase rapidly in case of fire. Therefore, a rapid
temperature increase cannot only be analysed by maximum temperature measurement but also by differential
measurement, thus supporting early fire detection. The
detector can be set in 5 stages with alarm temperatures
from 60 C to 90 C and indicates an alarm through
2 red LEDs.
IMX 95
The ionisation smoke detector IMX 95 operates with an
open outer and a half-closed inner ionisation chamber.
The air in both chambers will be ionised via a small
carrier with radioactive AM 241 with low radiation,
thus producing a current flow. The current in the outer
ionisation chamber will be reduced and analysed by a
high-grade electronic system when smoke is penetrating
the detector. For the IMX 95 as well the sensitivity can
be set in 5 stages and an alarm is indicated by 2 red LEDs.
