Isolated thrombocytopenia ( mild anemia)
Aplastic anemia:
Pancytopenia

C) Infection (Leukocytosis = WBCs)


Bacterial infection:
PNLs + Band count (> 2 %)
+ Shift to left
Viral infection:
Lymphocytes + Normal Band count (< 2 %)
+ No Shift to left
