    backgrounds.Rapidpaceofelectronictechnologyevolutionandcurrent
    economicclimatecompelamergerofsuchtechnicalareasaslowpower
    digitalelectronics,microwavepowercircuits,optoelectronics,etc.,which
    collectivelyhavebecomethefoundationoftoday'selectronictechnology.
    TheWorkshopaimsatencouragingactivecrossfertilizationofthe
    different"species"inthiselectronicplanet.TheWOFEwillgatherexperts
