Facilities Engineer - Emcor Facilities Services(EFS), Dubai Barclays Bank(ISS)

Ensure daily routines and schedules are assigned to technical teams maximising all resources to achieve
full efficiency
Analyse all work schedules and implement improvements where ever possible.
Constantly review all technical failures and enhance facilities with implementation of predictive
maintenance, condition monitoring and revision of maintenance standards.
Lead in all analytical and investigative work.
Ability to take charge of technical teams for the execution of all aspects of facilities management to meet
client, user, company objectives and site discipline.
Perform detailed analysis and establish root cause and execute strategies for future prevention.
To support department manager in all Operational issues
Ensure all operational records are properly and accurately maintained
Prepare estimates and quotations for internal and external clients
Ensure all teams work in a professional, courteous and presentable manner
Aim to achieve zero incidents and full adherence to company HSE practises
Manage and supervise external service providers in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and ensure that all arranged appointments and meetings
are met
Prepare weekly reports detailing, expenses, costs, income and profit for all tasks and actions within the
assigned area of responsibility.
Create and develop preventive Maintenance schedules and ensure adherence of the schedules to achieve
maximum operations
Demonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on
complex and inter related issues on an ongoing basis
Soft , Hard and All specialized system Management.
