This contract is to confirm that __________________ (client’s name) has elected to utilize the

Photography service of K2 Photography on ___________________ (date mm/dd/yy) at the

Missions Statement:
K2 photography makes it our duty to be professional and to produce quality memories to
the liking of the clients. We vow to try our best to make you happy, including special request.

Agreement:
This photo session is scheduled at ________(am/pm) at the above stated date and
location and will last the duration of _____hr/s. K2 Photography will reserve these times
specifically for you and will not make any other arrangements for this time slot. For this reason,
all deposits are non-refundable, even if you rescheduled or cancelled your session.

Please note that while K2 photography agrees to do everything in our power to make the
clients satisfied, that means that we will try to do whatever you request within the allotted time
reserved for this session. If while performing any special request the session extends longer than
the time reserved charges can incur. Keep this in mind while brainstorming ideas.

If K2 Photography cannot perform this contract in whole or in part due to fire, acts of
nature, terror, illness or injury to the photographer, or other cause beyond the control of the
parties, K2 Photography will return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no
further liability with respect to this contract.

Model Release Agreement:

K2 Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for
advertising, display, publications, and other purposes thought proper by K2 Photography. The
client signing this contract agrees to the use of these photos, including all persons and locations,
by this photography company.

Law:
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs
elsewhere without K2 photography’s permission and violators of this Federal Law shall be
subjected to its civil and criminal penalties.

Nikon D3000 DSLR Professional Camera, SB-600 External Flash, Reflector

Delivery and property:

Some, if not all pictures will be mailed to you unless told otherwise. (All photo's are mailed with
two carbon sleeves to prevent from bending of the photos during the shipping process.)

Payments:
A deposit of 25% is due at the time of signing this agreement, and the remaining balance
is due on the day services are rendered.

The charges in this Contract are based on K2 Photography’s Standard Price List. This
price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the
time when the order is placed.
