Famous Fashion Designer Saira Shakira showcased their collection at the 5th
PFDC L'Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2015

The collection was titled Seeking Paradise" and was inspired by Russian pavlovsky
posad shawls a vision of ethereal beauty and elegance with feminine touches.
Seeking Paradise featured majestic flairs, flowy gowns, short shirts, shararay and
lehngay with embroidery giving a 3D effect to light fabrics. Additional features
included shimmery hues of delicate colors and unusual mix pearl grey, silver, old
rose pink, teal and reds creating a very ethereal and sensual feel.

As an actor and an individual I think
Ive learnt how to subdue the angry
young man that was inside me.
When I started out I think I was very
much similar to Bruce Banner and
his hulk problem. The answer to
everything was hulk smash!, quite
literally, in some way or the other in
every emotional output. I was much
louder. I think that would be my biggest achievement as well.
Ive expanded my skill-set through a
very limited number of projects and
been very lucky with the outcomes
most of the time. As an individual,
Ive learnt a lot about life. Some
things that proved to be helpful and
some things I wish I never knew.

Youve just wrapped up shooting for Kapoor

and Sons what was your experience like
working with the cast and the crew, particularly, Karan Johar?

Do you miss your music days? Would

you ever consider going back to music
for a bit?

Working on Kapoor and Sons was a lot of fun.

The energy was great and the cast and crew all
got along really well, like a family. Sid, Alia and
Shakun are fantastic people to work and hang
out with. This is my second time working with
Ratna Patak and as always its a pleasure,
whereas its my first experience working with
Rajat Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor, I feel like I
share an old camaraderie with them.
Karan, is an extremely genuine and warm
person. Having seen his work on Koffee with
Karan one can very well see his sharp sense of
humour, but in person, believe me when I say
its an experience on another level. With that
wit comes a sharp eye and a sensibility that
makes his production house what it is today

Cant find the space for it these days. But

all this while Ive had the chance to sit
down and listen to some great music. I
really do miss it. Its a memory and an
experience I really cherish. There is no
comparison between the life of a rock
star and an actor. If I could now, I would
be a rock star within a blink of an eye. So
as far as music is concerned, yeah, I
might just go back to it but dont want to
be unfair to it. It requires its proper time
and space.

Was Bollywood daunting for you, initially?

No. I didnt come in with any preconceived
notions of the industry so I dont feel it was
daunting. As an actor if you ask, its funny but
my audiences expectations are more daunting than the work itself
Fawad, the media went into a bit of a spin
after your decision of choosing not to get intimate with Alia Bhatt in Kapoor and Sons. Is
this something that youre going to stick to for
all your films?

Whats your definition of a dream role?

First of all, there is a lot of guessing that goes

on in the market. Its all a result of not having a
PR which I feel its high time that I get, secondly, one needs to start reporting impostors
on social networking sites. The issue of kissing is nothing and just a personal choice for
now.

The dream role for me is a myth as of

now. As an actor Im challenged around
the clock. To be able to keep changing
personalities is the biggest task alone.
To not repeat yourself again and again.
The day Im able to master that skill, Ill
be ready for my dream role.

Great news in these days of turmoil in indo pak relations. The bollywood Bebo, Kareena Kapoor khan
will be starring in upcoming film Directed by the
super pakistani director Shoaib Mansoor who is
well known because of Khuda ke liye (Bol) fame.
In this Connection Kareena will be reaching Dubai
this week and she and Shoaib will discuss the
formal plot and there after get it to a legal relationship with the contract signing.
This news had already created a big buzz but
there was no confirmation from Kareena's end.
Now however her spokesperson has confirmed the
news.
A few months ago, Shoaib Mansoor had emailed his
concept to Kareena, saying that she will have a powerful
role in the film, said someone close to Kareena. She liked
the idea but wanted to read the script before giving her nod to
the film. She will be the first A-list actor to work in a Pakistani
project, stated the source.
The source further added that Bebo was on the look out for some huge project that would yield
some heavy financial gains. Now with shoaib's Story in the offing, Kareena feels that the right
moment has arrived.
Kareena has all the regards for Shoaib Mansoor and his abilities as a film director and the
great thing is that this respect is mutual.
The news is that Shoaibs next is a heroineeccentric film, which will take off next year.

Lady Gagas performance in the upcoming American Horror Story: Hotel that hes already

American Horror Story: Hotel and asked her to return for another season. While FX has
not officially announced a sixth season of the horror anthology co-created by Murphy and

The worlds No.1. Depilatory brand hosted the finale of Veet Miss
Super Model 2015at The Palm, Karachi. The pink & white themed evening began with the red carpet challenge hosted by popular news

the Red Carpet Challenge were given by the only the most reputed

ATTEND LAUNCH OF PAKISTAN
SUPER LEAGUE
Pakistan's biggest sports and entertainment product, Pakistan Super League was
launched as the Pakistan Super League logo & anthem unveiling took place in Lahore.
Celebrities like Ali Azmat, Ali Zafar, Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Humaima Malick, Ayesha
Omar, Iman Ali, Aijaz Aslam, Nadia Hussain, Urwa Hussain,Gohar Mumtaz, Farhan
Saeed, Cybil Chaudhry from the entertainment industry were spotted at the event which
hosted numerous cricket legends & Pakistan's men & women national cricket teams.
With a corporate vision in place, the PSL team put together an exciting show of entertainment in a star studded ceremony in the provincial capital of Punjab. From interesting
cricketers & celebrities interactions on stage, to a rocking performance by Ali Zafar on
the official anthem, sung & composed by him, the event proved to be the start of a new
entertainment filled cricket era. Country's leading music band, Strings, performed live at
the event, mesmerizing the audience with their hit numbers.
Ali Zafar, once again proved that he truly deserves to be the voice of the nation with
giving a foot tapping anthem, 'Khel Ke Dikha Denge Aaj'. He was requested to perform

anything less than making PSL one of the leading products that has ever come out of
Pakistan."
In a message to the fans, Ali Zafar talked about his experience of creating and singing the
official PSL anthem: "This is a song that is really close to my heart because I have been an
ardent cricket fan all my life. PSL will be a great collective platform for entertainment and
cricket alike."
The PSL Brand Ambassador Ramiz Raja, who hosted the event with, also spoke about
his excitement for the event: "I have experienced cricket and entertainment going
together in various parts of the world but to now get associated with a Pakistani product
is an entirely different experience. I think Pakistanis will proudly own the PSL."
The Pakistan Super League is a franchise-based T20 cricket tournament set to take
place in February 2016. With top cricket players like Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo, Grant
Elliot, Lasith Malinga, Kieron Pollard, and Luke Wright on the PSL draft roster, the tournament has already started to create a buzz in cricketing circles all across the globe.
According to newspaper reports, around 10 parties have shown active interest in buying
the 5 teams up for grabs in the first edition of the PSL. The four provincial capitals
Quetta, Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar will be joined by Islamabad in a 5-team, 24match tournament.
