MANILA, Philippines (2nd UPDATE) The AlDub Nation has done it again.
#AlDubEBForLove generated over 25 million tweets on Saturday, September 26,
surpassing the record set by last week's #AlDubMostAwaitedDate. That was the
episode where Alden and Yaya Dub finally met face to face on their first date.

Tweets generated over 25 million. It's now the most buzzed about #AlDub episode

After their much anticipated first date last September 19, Alden Richards and Yaya
Dub aka Maine Mendoza finally saw each other but were inches apart, when Lola
Nidora allowed Alden to go to her mansion to court her. But as always, there was a
cliffhanger. After Alden said goodbye, Lola Nidora was heard screaming his name.
What could be the reason?

Eat Bulaga's rival It's Showtime meanwhile reached number 2 on Twitter trends

MANILA, Philippines YouTube star, actor, and singer Mikey Bustos is quite
literally singing the praises of one Maine Mendoza, the actress who plays the now
famous Yaya Dub character. Yaya Dub is one half of the #AlDub tandem, with onscreen partner Alden Richards. The AlDub segment shows on long-running
noontime show Eat Bulaga.
In the video, snippets of Maine's popular Dubsmash videos can be seen as Mikey
sings along. "In her soul / I can see / something sweet / like honey / let me be your

baby / and call me maybe / okay, fine, just call me Mikey!" he sings.
"A million angels sing / oh when she smiles / I'm in love / She's the yaya of my
heart / the yaya whom I love," he continues, holding a stick of isaw, popular Filipino
street food.
Mikey also sings about Maine's fun spirit and wit and how she's charmed him with
all her antics online.

At the end of the video, Mikey can be heard asking Google how old Maine is and
when Google says she's only 20, Mikey says, "20 years lang? Okay, never mind!"

Perennially trending on Twitter, #AlDub most recently set yet another Twitter
record with over 25 million tweets generated by #AlDubEBForLove. (READ: IN

The AlDub tandem was born out of Eat Bulaga's "Juan For All, All For Juan"
segment, where the characters Alden and Yaya Dub are in love, but kept apart by
Yaya's boss, Lola Nidora. Most recent episodes have seen Yaya and Alden finally
having their first date and taking their first selfies together.
