High Fluid Loss, High Solids, Lost Circulation Squeeze Material

DESCRIPTION: E Z Squeeze is a high fluid loss, high solids slurry, and its performance is unique
to other types of LCM. When placed in and/or across a loss zone, the liquid phase is squeezed from the
slurry, leaving a solid plug behind. E Z Squeeze differs from other types of lost circulation materials,
in that it rapidly forms a solid plug within the loss zone, rather than remaining at or near the face of
the wellbore. This minimizes the possibility of the seal being removed during drilling operations, thereby necessitating repeated remedial treatments of the same zone. Solving the loss problem as soon as
possible after it occurs prevents excessive mud volume from entering the formation, further propagating the fractures and compounding the loss problem.

Environmentally Safe Sealant,

Seepage Loss Additive, & Lost Circulation Material
DESCRIPTION: PREMIUM SEAL is a deformable and compressible micronized cellulose fiber which
is compatible with water and oil based muds and has been specially designed to seal permeable formations.
The optimum Particle Size Distribution (PSD) of graded fibrous particles creates a bridging action within a
fraction of an inch of the borehole and a matting effect within the mud wall cake. This type of sealing action
will form a more permanent seal while drilling with less subsequent danger of the bit, stabilizers, or drill
pipe scraping off the seal, however, PREMIUM SEAL removes easily during production resulting in high
return permeability. The particle sizes in PREMIUM SEAL allow it to seal micro-fractures and prevent filtrate as well as whole mud damage to producing formations.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT:
PREMIUM SEAL (Fine): 4 to 8 ppb while drilling. Maintenance will vary according to

Environmentally Safe Shale Stabilizer - HTHP Fluid Loss Control

DESCRIPTION: TURBO-PHALT is a formulated low softening point gilsonite/resin mixture that has
been precoupled with a surfactant/lubricant package. It is effective at both low and high temperatures and has
a broad application in water base and oil base muds. Highly effective HTHP water loss reduction results in
thin, tough, lubricated filter cake development. Efficient sealing of micro-fractured formations minimizes
unstable wellbore situations, while the sealing capability of TURBO-PHALT reduces mud seepage loss and
differential sticking tendencies in low pressure sands. The lubricating qualities impart friction reduction to
enhance rotary and motor drilling as well as logging and casing runs. Unlike asphalt based materials,

DESCRIPTION: TURBO-LUBE XL is a concentrated water dispersible amide/ester complex used in small
concentrations in fresh and brine water, as well as water based and oil based drilling fluids. Torque and drag
reduction are accomplished as the coefficient of friction at metal-to-metal and metal-to-rock contact points is
reduced. System treatment levels range from 0.5% to 2.0% by volume depending upon severity of friction
encountered. Pill treatment levels range from 2.0% to 5.0%.

APPLICATION:
TURBO-LUBE XL should be mixed through a mixing hopper. Add to the entire mud system in a concentration of 0.5% to 2.0% by volume, depending upon severity of torque,
drag, or bit balling encountered. Any mud containing gilsonite should be pre-treated with
TURBO-COUPLER to prevent break-out. Add 1 gallon of TURBO-COUPLER for every
15 to 20 gallons of TURBO- LUBE XL or 0.10% to 0.15% by volume in mud system.
Most often, application in pill fashion is more cost effective. Add 2.0% to 5.0% by volume
to a 25 to 50 bbl pill. For torque problems, sweep hole with pill while drilling. For drag,
sweep hole with pill prior to making a connection or trip. For motor drilling, reciprocate
or rotate pipe while pill is exiting the bit. Synergistic effect is often seen when used in conjunction with Premium Seal Fine.
In severe bit balling situations, pour a 5 gallon pail of TURBO-LUBE XL into the drill pipe
during a connection.
