PRINCIPAL

Pioneered the launch of this consulting business dedicated to providing project development,
construction management, Landman and other services to clients in the Oil & Gas industry. Key client
engagements include the performance of construction planning, scheduling and procurement for a new
$145,000,000 refinery project (Phase 1), guiding an Owner and Realtor through the most profitable and
compliant method to divest an environmentally impaired property in Houston, TX.
Partnered with the company founder and President of PetroForce Energy to launch this start-up Oil &
Gas company, leading the selection and build-out of office space, review of vendors, and acquisition of
venture capital to fund well field development and begin production.

1999 TO 2012: MCDONALDS CORPORATION, HOUSTON, TX


DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Led all vision, strategy, and execution for commercial construction and real estate development efforts.
Maintained accountability for a portfolio of over 700 restaurant locations, with the authority to commit
key decisions regarding site selection, reinvestment, and divestment.

PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager for this A&E firm managed construction of 29 new and retrofit fuel, Convenience
Store, Quick Service Restaurant & drive-thru and car wash locations for Texaco. Capital budget was
$40 Million over 30-month period.
Managed Joint Venture expansion with Cardlock Fuel Systems, Kinder-Morgan Energy Partners and
BP-Arco. Oversaw program from feasibility stage through turnover to operations.

1994 TO 1995: UNOCAL CORPORATION (FULLERTON, CA)


CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER
In Unocals Unipure Environmental Division, designed and permitted soil and groundwater remediation
equipment, developed feasibility testing procedures, construction design standards, and prepared
grading, utility, foundation plans and specification.
Managed construction program and business development for internal and external clients.
