Observation:
It is very important tool collecting information
about an individual. The method of observation is
an age old technique. Even when psychology had
not development as a subject, an individual
behavior was studied through observation. It is
very exhaustive method because it is used
extensively in every sphere of activity be it
Medicare, education, astrology or even guidance.

Those who receive no choices are called isolates,
and those who receive one choice are called
neglectees. The remaining pupils, who fall some
ware above or below average, are given no special

assessment of a thing when we evaluate
something we mean to determine the value or
worth of that thing. Evaluation is actually the
process through which we collect information of
some thing and then make a decision in the light of
that information. So we can say that evaluation is
concerned with making judgment about things.
One may make evaluative comments about a play
clothes a restaurant a book or someone behavior.
We may enjoy play admire someone clothes rave
about someone restaurant and so on and so forth.
Invariably, these are rather simple straightforward
comment of value or worth because this judgment
is not based on appropriate and relevant data.
According to William wiersma and Stephen the
more effective evaluation require the judgment
which is based on appropriate and relevant data.
For example to say that a film is good or bad is not
the judgment based on appropriate and relevant
data it is there for not the exact one if we say that
a film is good as ii has a well written script tight
direction
mood
enhancing
music

This form of interview substantially cheaper when a
large number of respondent is required because
there is no need to recite or pay interviewers
respondent are able to fill in the questionnaires
themselves.
This program can be placed on a web site
potentially attaching a world wide audience.
There is no need to transcribe the result into a
computer form.

Disadvantages:

are computer savvy
this introducing potential
blas to the survey.
