Narrative

The above listed subject was arrested on the above listed charges after
patrols observed the vehicle he was operating fail to negotiate a turn
entering a parking area. Hewes was transported back to Potsdam
Police Department where a Datamaster breathalyzer test was
administered revealing him to have a BAC of .16%.

Narrative

The above listed subject was arrested following the report by a former
girlfriend that he had interfered with her cell phone wireless account by
repeatedly reporting to the wireless carrier that the phone had been
stolen and was being fraudulently used. Investigation revealed that
Kemison had filed the stolen phone/fraud reports and thereby tampered
with the complainant's cell phone service.
