1. Clients Would nominate a window person to this project. The information regarding
the updating provided by the person would be final.
2. The above prices are on Purchase Orders valid for a minimum of 2 months.
3. Service Tax at the prevailing rates at the time of invoicing. Any other Government
taxes and levies would be charged based on the prevailing laws of the land at the time
of invoicing.
4. Payment details shown below.
5. The purchase order will be final declaration; cost of project and no negotiation would
be accepted thereafter.
6. The purchase order will be in the name of Swarnim BPO.
7. Swarnim BPO would start the work within 5 working days from the receipt of Clients.
8. Pending payments beyond the stated credit period will attract interest @ 24% pa.
9. All Prices are valid Strictly for only 7 days from the date of creation of Proposal.
